Chad came out to assess the problem with the dryer and was back four days later to install the new part. Appointment availability did not disappoint and Chad arrived within the window both times. He is very knowledgeable about appliances and left us with instructions and tools to keep the lint to a minimum within the dryer and vent tubing. Dryer has been running great ever since. Thank you!

I was able to get someone the day after calling. Andi was very polite and efficient. While he was able to fix the garbage disposal somewhat, it was old and iffy, so I opted for a replacement. He did a good job installing and emphasized that if there were any problems with the installation, call him and he’d come back out.

The tech was experienced, quite knowledgeable and a really nice guy. Nobody likes having to have a major appliance repaired, but A.G.B.’s tech Chad fixed and actually made it enjoyable.

Repairman Chad is an extremely knowledgeable professional who did give up until he identified the problem with my induction stove top. And it was an electrical problem and not the stovetop at all. He is courteous, pleasant , and was very mindful not to damage the hardwood floor. I was able to get an appoimtment the day I called and Chad arrived at the expected time. There was even a courtesy phone call to let me know of his ETA. I am very pleased with the service provided.
