Andi was fabulous. He was polite, patient and, above all else, he repaired my washing machine on the spot - he knew immediately the problem and how to fix. He explained what he was going to do and the cost. Andi was very neat and I am so grateful for his expertise. I will only use Home Appliances Repair in the future!!!

The repair person,Andi Beja was extremely nice, accommodating and very knowledgeable regarding kitchen appliances. He worked diligently to repair the freezer in our refrigerator/freezer. Our freezer is now back to freezing all items. Thanks to Andi and his knowledge of repairing these items.

Andi was excellent from start to finish! I had a pump issue with my washing machine, which he diagnosed just from our phone call. He was very commutative and was open to both phone calls and text messages. He made an effort to help me ASAP and I was able to make an appointment and get the machine fixed the next day. A part had to be ordered so it wasnâ t fixed on the initial trip. It was fixed after the part came in a few days later.

He came the same day, in the time window specified. He put on a mask when he saw I was wearing one. He diagnosed the repair needed, priced out the part and labor costs and suggested options. For $90, he told me what I needed to know. I decided to buy a new washer, but I appreciate his help.
