Andi was personable, honest, and gave a good explanation of what was wrong with our dishwasher. He discovered that our dishwasher needed a new motor and was honest about the cost. He was up front about the cost benefit of repair vs a new unit. He gave us recommendations of units to look at as a replacement and did not push the repair.
