Ace Fence and Decks was one of 3 companies I called. They were incredibly responsive and very competitive. They scheduled a visit promptly after I called. Ali Fazad was the representative who came out. He was very very professional and took great time in answering my questions and making recommendations based on his experience and knowledge of materials, trends, and durability. Ali went the extra mile to investigate alternative materials and the cost benefit to me. He follow-up to make sure all my questions were answered and if there were any additional questions. I would highly recommend Ace Fence and Decks as a company to be considered. They were not the lowest bid but running a very close second. And make sure it is Ali that comes out. His smile, knowledge base and personable demeanor are refreshing and comforting.

Ace came out and measured everything and was very informative and professional about what they could do. They offered suggestions on the design. Ali Farzad was the sales person and was extremely helpful. Once they started the project, Thomas was the representative on site. He and his crew were very courteous and professional. It took a little longer to get the entire project done than we expected, but that was due to the weather. Ali checked in with us from time to time and Thomas was always able to answer any questions we had. When they finished - they even carried up our deck furniture and placed it on our new deck.

Ali and Tom were professional, thorough, clean and understanding. We found out on Sunday we were getting a dog, and needed a fence by that Friday. Ace Decks were outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

Oustanding work, but did not start or finish on time. Had three estimates for work outlined above. ACE was not the least expensive, but was the most attentive and professional in visiting site and discussing my needs. Unfortunately, they did not start on given date but on a Saturday. This caused me to have to change my personal schedule to accommodate their work and affected my travel. Did not send enough men to secure lot on first day of work which meant patio was unsecure from Saturday night until Monday. Late thunderstorm on Saturday caused planned securing of patio to not occur. It took additional days to complete when I had been told it would be done in one day. The workmanship was excellent. It is a beautiful fence and shed. All the work completed was done well.

Our salesperson Ali was very accommodating. We called to request an estimate and we were able to make an appointment for the next day. We received the proposal a few days later and was pleased with the pricing. Once we paid the deposit, the crew was sent out to begin the work. It took a little longer than initially quoted, but we chalked it up to it being a busy season. The end result is that we are very happy with our fencing and will definitely refer ACE DECKS and FENCE to others.

The workers were professional, very hard working and finished the job on time. There were some modifications during the process due to tight space, but they adapted well and performed the changes without any fuss. After i got the bid, it was a little hard to pin down the salesman to begin the job, but I attribute that to the fact that his workers were in demand. Overall I was very, very pleased with the work and the company.

We were given a 2-hour window for an appointment and my husband took the afternoon off from work to meet them. They never showed and never called. No follow up from the company. We will not chase a company to give them our business, so are going to hire another company, who was high on the estimate, but prompt and professional.

First impression was not the greatest. Person never showed up for appointment, but a call to the company got the office manager out (Omar) the same day. We picked them over 4 other deck companies and we are glad we did. The whole process went very well. They did a great job on the deck and calls to clarify gate design were implemented perfectly. These guys are good at what they do and they are easy to work with. I recommend them highly.

Ace Builders did not show for our first appointment for an estimate. When we rescheduled and the contractor came, he did not get back to us to give us the estimate. We were very disappointed with this company.

They were great. They showed up on time, gave accurate estimates, and had good references. Ali Farzad was my main contact, and he was a complete professional. The workmen were efficient, completed the job in three days, and were good at making adjustments to suit my needs. I highly recommend them.

Ace Decks and the representative who worked most closely with us, Thomas, did excellent work. The crew was professional and hard-working. The materials and workmanship were top-notch. Thomas returned as many times as we requested to make sure all details were perfect, and also left the site clean and plants undisturbed. The price was fair, and we got exactly what we hoped for and love our new fence. We would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.
