He removed the hard drive, intending to convert it into an an external drive, but he demonstrated it could not be accessed and was making a very loud noise. He explained the option for another company to do a data retrieval for a damaged hard drive, and the procedure and cost involved. I took the hard drive, he offered to recycle the laptop which I left with him, and he only charged me $20. He and his staff are exceptional!
Description of Work: I had a laptop that would not boot up and I wanted the data from the hard drive.

Excellent, prompt service!
Description of Work: Rios Computer Associates (www.rios.org) saved my drive! I was having all kinds of problems with an external hard drive and I knew it was about to meltdown.
