We are really happy with Beatriz and the crew from A Cleaning Service. We'd experimented with a few other local cleaning services for our 3 BR rowhouse in Old Town before finding A Cleaning Service on a friend's recommendation. We've been using them for probably over a year now and have had a great experience. They are prompt, reliable, efficient and effective. The crew is willing to use products that we ask for based on special requests and they have been able to accommodate some scheduling changes, even last minute. Moreover, their prices are really fantastic. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a regular cleaning service!

The housecleaner was prompt, friendly and cheerful. She did a very thorough job, including laundering sheets and towels. She left the apartment looking and smelling fresh and clean.

A Cleaning Service is excellent! They are punctual, quick and are great in dealing with my little dog. I contacted their service for a quote and didnt even have to spend time meeting them to go over the price - they just emailed me a quote and then I set up an appointment for a cleaning. They were extremely thorough in the cleaning and even cleaned out the oven when I asked them to on their second visit. I now use them twice a month and am very happy.

She's great. We have had Beatriz's team in here for the past year or so come in every two weeks for a top to bottom clean. We have a 4 bedroom home with a large enclosed back porch and full basement. When we first began, she always made sure to send a very good English speaker to ensure that any issues or concerns were immediately addressed. Extraordinarily polite and respectful people - usually a team of 3-5 ladies, they are done in 2-3 hours. I work from home and they are very accomodating when I have a con call, but I do have to step outside when they need to vaccum. We only had to follow up in year about one or two items that went undone - the back porch floors at the beginning of the summer season or when they needed to adjust the day because I didn't leave a key in a spot they could find. Even now, she is very good about making sure that there was always at least one person on each team that speaks English in case I have an issue. She can do a deep clean, which takes a while, and then we went to a maintenance schedule. Sometimes they do miss spots on maintenance like they don't go back to the deep spots like behind the couch, behind the washer/dryer or under the bathroom sink (we have one of those 2 sink, dresser-like situation that is raised up at the bottom). But I will say this...the floors have that awesome clean feeling when I come home, the counters gleam, and they find all the little toys my son has hidden through the course of the week around the house. He thinks every two weeks is like Xmas. We have been very pleased with Beatriz and her crew - and within a month or two had her on auto-pay with a credit card and gave her team a key to our home. She does not do windows or home maintenance stuff. They bring their own supplies but they will use yours if your want her to use Bona or something like that.

They always arrive on time and do an excellent job. I highly recommend them. The owner, Beatriz is accessible and always responds quickly to my emails. I have used other services in the past; but A Cleaning Service is by far the best!

Overall, the lady who came always did a good job cleaning the house. The reason we are cancelling the service is reliability. We have a once/month scheduled cleaning and she wouldn't come...and no one would tell us she wasn't coming. This has happened on several occasions and one time it was right before we were having a big party. It happened again today so we are going to find a new service.

Overall I was pleased iwth the service. As is usual with cleaning firms there were occasional challenges but Beatriz is responds to all emails and works with her team.

The cleaning crew always arrive at the scheduled time, and does a thorough cleaning job. Beatriz has always been responsive to our scheduling requests, and has posed any special instructions or requests on to the crew, who has done what we wanted. (As a note, I haven't always been successful at getting in touch with her by phone, but she's quite responsive by e-mail.) We have a small child in the house, and the crew is always good about making sure they don't disrupt the baby or anybody else who is around at the time. We are quite happy with the service, and we intend to continue to use A Cleaning Service for a long time.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. They arrived promptly and we're very polite. They scrubbed surfaces, vacuumed and dusted with precision and care. I was stunned when I saw the final results, my house has never looked better! I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a competent and professional cleaning service.

A team of two arrived about an hour after scheduled time but I was kept up to date in fifteen minute intervals. It was good to know that the team took all the time needed to completer their earlier job as they did with mine. I vacated for a few hours and they were just finishing up when I returned. The house looked and smelled clean and fresh. The cleaning was thorough and a good value. Our company contact Cecelia is responsive and makes communication a breeze. So fare so good ... I love these guys

I contacted Beatrice back in October interested in a weekly cleaning service. She responded to me via email that same day and gave me a quote just based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in our house. I knew that although we only have 4 bedrooms and 5 baths- our house is very large with many bonus rooms, there was no way it could be cleaned in such a short amount of time for such a low rate. Beatrice said the crew would tell her how long it took them and then she would let me know of any need to adjust price. We scheduled the crew to perform the first cleaning and the price needed to be adjusted BUT she wanted to honor the original quote and only charged the low rate for that day. The cleaning itself is very well done- and most importantly the crew is FAST! They are always happy to accomodate to our needs whether it be scheduling or special cleaning projects within the house. We were so pleased with the service that we employed them to clean another property of ours. One of the best things about A Cleaning Service is that communication is very easy and efficient. I email them when I need to make any changes or have any questions and they respond promptly. Personally this is hugely helpful and kind of hard to find in cleaning services. I strongly recommend A Cleaning Service- having experience with 2 different crews that they employ I can definitely say with confidence all of their employees deliver outstanding trustworthy service.

The crew was very professional and they did an outstanding job. They cleaned things I would not have thought of (inside of the microwave, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, etc.) They were amazing. We have two cats that shed a lot and our furniture (thanks to their vacuuming effort) looks like new. We couldn be happier. Beatriz, the owner, is great to work with and the price point is beyond reasonable. We plan on saving them come every two weeks.

Beatriz has always been easily accessible by email to schedule service and her crews are phenomenal. They are always on time, are very polite, and do great work. I also appreciate that Beatriz doesn't mind that I use her services on an as-needed basis.

We have been absolutely thrilled with the crew and owner of A Cleaning Service. It is always so nice to come home to a clean house after a tough week of work; the surfaces gleam and the place smells great. They even take care of all the small details, like cleaning out my coffee grinds from the previous morning. They work around our dog, which we really appreciate, and the few times I have been home, I have really enjoyed their company. Beatriz is extremely responsive and has always been accommodating if we need to change our schedule or re-schedule due to weather. You couldn't ask for better service for the price!

This company has been amazing for the past 18 months. Beatriz is the owner/operator and she personally takes care of all my billing and scheduling inquiries. They come every other week and no matter who performs the service, the work is simply astounding. This is one of the top companies with which I have ever contracted work or services, period. Not just for house cleaning. For anything. There are so many things that this company does that give it that special touch. They refold towels hanging in all the bathrooms so they're even and neat. They clean stains that I didnt even realize I had til they were gone. They will put fresh sheets on your bed if you strip it and leave new sheets out. They have organized shoes in the front closet when we left a lot out. Our house is clean to the tiniest level of detail - usually the "gunk" is even cleaned from the base of our electronic tooth brush chargers. Amazing! I had never had cleaners before contacting this company, and was unsure how I would feel about people coming to my house while I wasnt there. However after staying in the house for the first two visits, I felt so comfortable and content in allowing unescorted access to our house. It has only gotten better from there, as there have been times I've asked if I could postpone a cleaning a week so that it would come closer to when my mom was coming to town - and of course this was not a problem. It has similarly been effortless to change credit/debit card numbers for payments when I need. I also did a lot of research for house cleaners, and had to read Beatriz's estimate twice because I could not believe it! I liked that I could immediately book a service and didnt have to deal with the riggamaroll at other places which usually included a site visit and more negotiation of cost - all of which started at a much higher price. I have recommended this company to every person I know, and from what I understand three of them have at different times contacted A Cleaning Service and all have been more than satisfied. A final note that makes A Cleaning Service unique. If you have pets, you simply must use this company. We have cats who can be skittish but they are always careful not to leave front doors open. they clean around the litter box without complain and also *vacuum fur off the furniture*. Repeat: they will vacuum fur off the furniture!!

When looking for a new company to clean our condo, we received three bids. A Cleaning Service came in as not only lower than our existing contract, but lower than the other competitors. After just the first cleaning, we could tell that A Cleaning Service does a better job than our previous cleaner. The contact at A Cleaning Service, Beatriz, has professional and responsive. She promptly provided a product list and substituted cleaning products when asked.

I have had the same cleaning crew for over a year now. I have been a customer for over two years. It is important to me that the crew remains the same because they know how I like things done. They are very prompt and never missed a cleaning date. I am at home when they clean and if I mention one little thing to do different or improve on they are always cooperative and remember the next time. I was a little reluctant to hire a cleaning service but I have been very satisfied with them.

I love this Cleaning Crew! They are very trustworthy. I'm usually not at home when they're here & I have no worries. This is HUGE! They are conscientious cleaners. If they miss something, I ask them to remember it the next week & they do. They do a great job of putting things back where they belong after moving items to clean. They seem to each have their jobs & go straight to work with NO fooling around. Beatrice is very prompt in responding to my calls. She is a good business woman & director of her staff. Nicely run company.

The first visit I notified the owner of areas missed. I don?t have knick knacks, or even much furniture (no dressers, bookcases, hutches), my house isn?t really that hard to clean. There are a few areas that I expect to be cleaned, those being the master bath and kitchen. When I emailed the owner she sent someone out the next week to do what was missed. Then, I get an email from the team manager stating windows are not included and would be an extra charge. A bit misleading from what was on the website and confirmed in an email! first visit: Fridge door not wiped bath cabinets not wiped Missed lots of areas on bath counter Missed lots of areas in tub. Didn't clean back deck of tub didn't clean window Missed lots of areas in shower Didn't clean windows in TV room Didn't dust tv cabinet Didn't dust arms on sofa Didn't clean windows in either guest bed second visit email to owner explaining what was missed: It isn?t hard to see that a kitchen sink wasn?t cleaned and cabinets weren?t wiped down, or a vase wasn?t moved in order to clean the island. I find it very disappointing that the areas I specifically requested be cleaned were not. I would like to request a partial refund for those areas. Today's cleaning was sub-par once again. My bathroom was not cleaned! Cabinets in kitchen were not wiped down. Cabinets in master bath were not wiped down. I can send pictures of drip marks if you'd like. Vacuuming was spotty, could tell complete areas missed. Owner said she'd send a partial refund, I have yet to see it. Also said she'd fire both teams, but she never once came to view their work.

We love our house cleaning service! They are on time, consistent and really nice. Because they do such a great job, we decided to have them come every week instead of every other week. We have a 1500 sq. ft. Single story home. No kids and one dog.

A Cleaning Service is a good cleaning service and has reasonable prices. Overall my wife and I were pleased with the quality of the service they provided. The family that came to clean our home were friendly, professional, and efficient. They always left the house squeaky clean. The management at A Cleaning Service, were friendly and professional, and were always very responsive to phone calls and emails. Our only issue with the service was scheduling and punctuality. Which is partially our fault. My wife and I insist on someone being home when a cleaning is done, as we do not feel comfortable leaving the keys with anyone. This caused some problems in scheduling, especially when we had to change the normal scheduled cleaning date due to unforeseen changes in our work schedules. Sometimes communication between the management and the staff was not always that great, and on at least one occasion we had to reschedule because the cleaners never informed their management of a requested change to the date of our service and our home wasn't put on the cleaning schedule. That was rectified when we started making any schedule changes directly with the management. The bigger issue was punctuality. The cleaning crew rarely showed up when they said they would. On one occasion they showed up at our home two hours early, because another house they were supposed to clean "wasn't ready yet" so they decided to come to us first. They never informed us, or asked if it would be ok to come early. When they showed up at our home, my wife and I were across town. We received a call from the cleaners asking where we were. Because we needed the house cleaned that day, we had to drop what we were doing and rush home. On several occasions they showed up almost three hours late, they did at least call us to inform us they were coming late. Because of the inconsistency of their arrival, I would feel stuck at home on the days of service, for fear they would come early or late and I would miss them. Overall I would say they are a good company. If you feel comfortable leaving them with a set of house keys, and the exact time of service is not an issue, I would highly recommend them. Unfortunately, because of our ever changing schedule and our insistence on being home for the service, it just wasn't a good fit for us.

A Cleaning Service has been cleaning our home for over a year and a half and I absolutely adore them! The crew is so respectful and sweet and they do a phenomenal job cleaning our house. They are very thorough and our home is absolutely spotless when they leave. The ladies get in every corner and crevice and around/under every piece of furniture. I wholeheartedly recommend A Cleaning Service to anyone who asks looking for help around the house. Beatriz is also very responsive and accommodating to changing schedules. If I need to cancel and reschedule, Beatriz always works with me to get the crew over at a time that is convenient. And the communication between her and the crew is amazing. The ladies always show up on time and on the day that was agreed upon. They really are a stellar company with trustworthy and kind employees. They went above and beyond. Cleaned areas and spots that I thought would never clear. They made everything look as spotless as when I first moved in. I did a walkthrough and couldn't believe how closely they paid attention to detail.
