They arrive as scheduled and are very attentive to my needs. I have never had to question the work performed. It is always professional and I am very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the work. The company owner, Beatriz, calls on occasion to make sure all is well or to let me know of those rare occurrences where there is a scheduling delay due to traffic or work load. The price for the work performed is terrific and the workers provide the very best customer service. I highly recommend A Cleaning Services for your housekeeping needs.

I chose them based on the reviews on Angie's list. I have been less than impressed. I have used them for over a year. The worst part is the communication. One, the cleaners barely speak English. Two, it is very difficult to reach the owner. The voice mail box on her cellphone is usually full so you have to use email. Consequently if they don't show up or you have a problem that you would like address while they are at your house, you never know if you will be able to reach her while they are at your house. The people who clean my house are very nice but I am not entirely sure that they know how to really clean - especially granite. I plan to look for another cleaner.

My husband gave me the gift of hiring a cleaning company for Christmas so I have been looking at Angie's list to find one. I contacting 3 companies. 2 companies returned my emails. Based on a description of my house, A Cleaning Service gave me a great quote. In fact the quote was so good that I asked that they come out and see the house to confirm the quote. Charles and Priscilla arrived right on time. I showed them around the house and they confirmed the quote. I thought that they would just look around and come back another time to clean but they came prepared to clean today! I am now sitting in the upper level of my house and it smells and looks better than it has in years. The lower level is immaculant. They cleaned quickly, removed all garbage, they even played with my Labrador retriever while they were cleaning. I offered to crate him but they declined and even put all of his toys away as they cleaned.

I have a 2 bed 2 bath house and finally decided to call a cleaning service. They arrived on time and started right away. They cleaned every surface and even organized my various trinkets. Everything has been disinfected and smells fantastic. I have newly finished wood floors so I requested they use water and my Bona cleaner for spot cleaning. (They bring thier own supplies)They were pretty fast, done in three hours. I have to say this is the cleanest the house has ever been! I will be putting them on a bi weekly schedule. The price was $100 and I tipped $20.

As the weeks passed on the quality of work slowly started to diminish. I called the owner of the company to complain about the quality of work the ladies were doing. The owner yelled at me because I called her on a Sunday. They were very unsympathetic when I explained what time I wanted them to come, due to my wife being terminally ill. There customer service was lacking and I won't use this company moving forward.

I have been impressed with A Cleaning Service since my intital contact with the company. They have been responsive, flexible and easy to work with. I had received quotes from several other companies and found A Cleaning Service very reasonable. Many companies charge high hourly rates for the first clean, but not this company. The first clean was the same price as the regular weekly service and was the same as the quote I received over the phone. I have had two services so far and have had the same crew. They have been thorough and fast. So far so good!

After having a private house cleaner who damaged my home, and then trying the Maids (which was very expensive and they did a horrible job because they seemed to not care), I looked on Angie's List for a house cleaning service and found this company. Because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews, i decided to give them a try. I left a message for Beatriz. My call was returned promptly, in less than an hour. She was professional, and absolutely lovely. She thanked me for the opportunity to earn my business, which I thought was very respectful and very nice. Today, a cleaning crew of 3 showed up at my house to clean. They were prompt. Arrived within the 30 minute window I was given. They were fast. Fast because they were good cleaners, not because they were doing a half-baked job. My house smells lovely, and is thoroughly cleaned. It sparkles! The price was very reasonable. The ladies who came to clean had a wonderful energy about them. They worked really well as a team and were professional, hard working and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Believe me, I have tried other services and was very disappointed. A Cleaning Service is top notch! I look forward to working with them in the future.

I was excited to find this service after reviewing their website. I called 3x. In my 3rd message I finally mentioned A.L. and not being happy having not gotten a return call. That prompted a call back, but they were busy a week and a half later, when I needed them. They didn't offer any other days or seem bothered in the least that it took so long to return my call or that they were unavailable. They may clean well, but if your time is limited and you value someone who answers customers' calls, or at the least promptly returns them, I would pick a different cleaning service. *** UPDATE: I do not live in AZ, this was my billing address on the CC I registered with Angie's List, as I just moved to Fairfax. I called both numbers listed on AL and your website; Beatriz eventually returned my call.

They arrived later than expected, but they set to work immediately requiring virtually no direction. By the time the 2 workers left, the house sparkled. Shower doors and bathrooms were scrubbed, all surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped. We have scheduled Lia and Nellie to come every 2 weeks on a regular basis. What a joy to have the entire house clean at the same time! Beatriz, the owner, is very responsive and great to deal with. This is the first time I have ever had professional housecleaners, and I feel lucky to have connected with A Cleaning Service.

I desperately needed my daughter's single family home cleaned for an upcoming Thanksgiving party. The owner, Beatriz Sampaio, was extremely understanding and offered to provide the service since her company also performs cleaning services for my home monthly. She agreed to have the cleaning coincide with my regularly scheduled cleaning. The workers provided the same excellent thorough services as they do routinely for my own home. Everything was cleaned including the kitchen and bathrooms that had been neglected for far too long. This happens to families that work daily and have children. There is never enough time. Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, deodorizing and even putting away the toys was done with proficiency. My daughter and son-in-law were very surprised to see their home looking so immaculate. So much so that they now have their home cleaned monthly. A Cleaning Service provides old fashioned quality and attention to detail. It will be our pleasure to use their services for years to come.

The staff from the company went to work immediately, they did not talk to one another, they just worked as hard as they could. They did a terrific job.

Little touches that mean alot. They folded the toilet paper, I requested that the doors be closed (due to dogs) and everything I have asked has been completed in a efficient and professional manner. Great team.

We've had a good experience with them overall. Beatriz, who runs the company, has been very responsive. The first few times they came, we were not satisfied with the floors which were left a little sticky feeling, like they hadn't been rinsed properly after mopping, but I told her about it and they were better the next visit. We haven't had any complaints since. This isn't a spring cleaning sort of scrub down, but I'm very happy with the regular cleaning service, expecially for the price which is quite reasonable given that it's a large house.

It went well. They were very affordable and we thought they did a good job for the price. Because they came so frequently at first, the cleaning was never very deep and there were a few times when we had to request that they address certain areas better. They were responsive to feedback. They also worked VERY quickly. The crew of ladies was always the same, and they were prompt. The woman who does the scheduling was very uncommunicative--she never answered the phone and only replied to voicemails irregularly. This resulted in a scheduling mix-up once, and the cleaning crew was very apologetic, which I appreciated.

My previous cleaning service abruptly went out of business and I needed to find a new service. I found "A Cleaning Service" on Angie's list and gave Beatriz a call. She gave me a very reasonable estimate over the phone and we made arrangements for a team to come out and clean my house. All I can say is WOW!! The team was punctual, professional, and did an outstanding job for an extremely reasonable price. When they were finished, my house was shining. We have dogs and there was not a strand of dog hair anywhere. No dust, no smudges, everything was perfect. The following cleaning was just as impressive. Everything is in place, everything is spotlessly clean making the house a pleasure to come home to. I am an extremely particular customer, and A Cleaning Service has completely impressed me. I am recommending them to everyone looking for a house cleaning service.

A Cleaning Service is an awesome cleaning company! We have a our house cleaned once a month. Beatriz, the owner, is very responsive and she has a great staff. Beatriz sends the same woman to clean our house every month, which saves me time from having to show someone new every month where thing are, etc. Also, the staff speaks great English! (I've had bad communication experiences with other companies). The cleaning staff cleans in easy to skip areas such as the fans and light fixtures. Beatriz takes credit cards and will communicate over email--both of which I find very convenient!

Easy, professional, considerate. It continues to be so as well. I sent out several emails based on anges list reviews. Beatriz, the owner, got back to me right away with a quote. I cannot overemphasize how great this was. All the other emails (with only one or two exceptions) got back ot me asking for a time to come out and give an estimate. I work hours that made this very difficult - and moreover, I was not really looking to interview or shop. I just wanted to find someone to help! :) And I needed it FAST - guess what, Beatriz could help with that too. We set up a time for a first cleaning within several days. I was there for the first one. Two women introduced themselves and got to work immediately. They worked so hard and so fast - and it still took a while just because of how great of a job they did! I could not believe how great it felt to finally come home to a clean place. It even smelled good! I was squealing with delight. Since then they have come every two weeks and have been flexible when necessary (I have twice had to reschedule cleanings. I sent Beatriz an email, and within hours usually have a friendly, accommodating reply). I now have the service on auto-deduction from my family's checking account. Even that was incredibly easy. This company is a gem and makes me SO HAPPY. I know this probably does not sound sincere because it so over the top, but every word is true. Thank you Beatriz!

*Update: We have been hiring A Cleaning service for ~2 years now on a regular basis and remain happy with the company. The crew arrives on time every 2 weeks and does a thorough job cleaning our home. Highly recommend. We were very happy with this company. The team showed up right on time and were very friendly and professional. We left for the day and they agreed to lock up behind them. We came home later to a very clean house, above and beyond what was expected. Prior to the service, I had contacted several services and besides offering competitive prices, Beatriz was the most responsive of all of the people to whom I spoke. She is fast to reply to email. Even when the company was without power because of the derecho Beatriz made sure to call to update us on our service. This is a wonderful company.

We have been very satisfied with them. They were incredibly thorough, and exceeded my expectations in the work and cleaning we were expecting from them. The price and quality are excellent. If I call and no one is there, I will get a call back within a few hours. The lady who comes by is always at least on time, if not a few minutes early. I will continue to use this service.

I called A Cleaning Service and spoke with the owner, Beatriz. She was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. We agreed on price and she scheduled the crew. The employees arrived on time and were very nice and friendly. I explained to them a few extra things that I needed done, like the microwave and the mold and they smiled and said it was not a problem. I then left them to work while I went on errands. What a surprise when I got home! The place was spotless and smelled so clean. It is hard to find a good company with happy employees and fair pricing, but I have found it and will continue to use A Cleaning Service. Thank You, Beatriz.

I hired this company in Nov 2011 based on previous reports from others. The estimate was completed promptly and I was happy with the estimate. Beatrice was very responsive. However, similiar to comments made by a post in Jan 2012, I was very surprised when only 1 woman showed up for the initial deep clean! And she was in my house for HOURS and HOURS. When she finally left around dinner time, I realized that she had not even completely cleaned the bottom floor. I scheduled a second appointment thinking that the second time would be better. Unfortunately, the second appointment was the day before Thanksgiving. Two women showed up (the same one who did the initial clean, plus the one who had completed the estimate). The two women were in the house for approximately 1/2 hour tops! When they told me they were ready to leave, I questioned them as to if they had done the basement as well. They said yes and stated that they were very busy that day. After they left, I looked around the house and realized that they had not completed the job at all. I called them right away, informing them that they needed to complete my job. One stated that she would call Beatrice. The same poor woman who came to do the initial cleaning by herself came the day after Thanksgiving and spent another 1/2 hour, complaining how tired she was. I thought the third time might be a charm and I scheduled another appointment. I guess I really wanted to give the company a chance. This time I could not be at home and the cleaning woman came as scheduled. The kitchen trash was not emptied and the counters did not appear to be wiped off at all. It was pretty evident that the house had not been thoroughly or completely cleaned. I immediately called Beatrice who returned my phone call promptly even though it was close to 9 pm. Beatrice offered to send another crew, however, at that point my confidence in this company was lost. I feel Beatrice was responsive, however, the cleaners were not impressive at all.

Given how great the reviews have been, I really hesitated (months) to write this review. But feel like I need to be fair to the process...They were really nice--came and gave me a very reasonable estimate (and I do have a very small house). I was told that there would be two people for the first cleaning and then one after that for every other week. Although the team was really nice and prompt, I was not happy with the job that they did. The second 'helper' spent a very long time cleaning the bathroom--but appeared to scrub the hardware for a long time, but then completely missed the huge cobwebs in the corner. He also cleaned the kitchen and same thing appeared to happen--scrubbed the microwave (which was in bad shape), but then completely missed wiping down on countertop. Also, the 'mopping' of the kitchen floor didn't appear to happen. When i asked about that, they said it had been mopped, but didn't appear clean to me, nor was it at all wet. Because of how great the reviews were, I wanted them to come back again because I assumed this might be just due to this additional help, vice the other main person. However, the second time, both of them were back again. And this time I did mention that there were issues with the first cleaning--the cobwebs (which I then showed her) and then the kitchen and floors. She was apologetic and professional. But after the second cleaning, I still was just underwhelmed with the job that they did--in particular the floors, hardwoods in the dining room and the tile in the kitchen, still had loose dirt/dust that had been missed. I did call to cancel after that and the owner was really nice and asked if she could send another team to keep my business. At that point I really wasn't wanting to continue with any cleaning service, so I declined to change teams. Maybe my experience was a fluke based on the other reviews.
