Description of Work: The service was provided for an aunt who lives in another city. The communication between my aunt and the ladies broke down because of the language barrier and my aunt's hearing loss. She wasn't able to communicate with them in a manner that enable her to understand them and explain what she needed them to do. The initial communication between me and the owner was superb. I appreciate the timely manner in which she got back to me. However, I wouldn't use this service again because of the above mentioned problem. |

Description of Work: The cleaning crew is nice, efficient, professional, and does a nice job. They move faster than anyone I've ever seen and finish the job in record time (a few corners are missed in along the way but overall a fine job). | |I had a lot of trouble communicating with the owner and after multiple issues decided to discontinue using the service.

The crew works by a set schedule each day of the week for weekly and bi-weekly services. I understand you have had an erratic schedule and I'm sorry we weren't able to accommodate all of your needed changes but it does create a lot of difficulties because the crew has other homes scheduled daily. They also encounter unexpected situations at homes (which require additional time) in addition to various traffic problems that can cause them to be delayed. The crews are diligent in providing the same high levels of service in each home as you have enjoyed without regard to time and I wish you the best.
