Description of Work: Our 9-year-old refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling. Ben at Superior Appliance promptly returned my call on a Thursday night and came on Friday morning to fix it. He quickly identified the problem, told me how much the part and repair would be, then fixed it. I was able to use a coupon from Angie's list which helped as well. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Superior Appliance Services and use them again in the future.
