The crew arrived promptly, worked diligently, asked the right questions, took on extra tasks, and brought enough people to finish a 2 day job in 1 day. Totally cleaned floors and returned furniture.

Mario met us for a walk through of the house as he developed an estimate for the work. He was neither the cheapest of our several estimates, nor was he the most expensive. But, it was clear, that he was the most committed to delivering the painting services within our timeframe, which was a very fast turnaround, and within our high expectations of quality. Mario exceeded our every expectation. His team completed the work more quickly than we expected by working six days a week and ten hour days. Still, they maintained an incredible attention to detail and quality throughout the process. They repaired cracks, nailholes, sanded the walls, replaced hard-to-reach bulbs, painted vent covers -- all of the little details that you never think of of as a homeowner, but that really make the quality of the job stand out. Ever courteous and trustworthy, Mario's team of employees and supervisors were quick to answer questions, respond to minor touch ups here and there, and expand the scope of their work when requested. We have gotten numerous compliments on our interior painting work, and Mario and team earned the credit.

Mario (the owner) does all of the estimates himself, which is quick and easy. We have used Mario and his crew before (twice before actually) and they are absolutely amazing. On the day of painting the crew arrived promptly and began work immediately. The crew wasted no time and had taped areas and had matting down before I could even get out the door. The entire job was completed in two days! They are true professionals. You do not even need to procure paint. You choose your paint colors and communicate those to Mario and his staff and they crew will procure all required painting on the day of painting. I cannot say enough good things about this company and it's employees. We have used them several times now and I am so impressed I have passed them on to my Realtor to use for his projects and to promote with his clients. They deserve all the awards they have earned.

PROs: 1. High quality work. Full coverage of all colors, bright or dark. Cut-in lines look nice and sharp. No visible brush marks. No visible roller marks. 2. Professional & on-time. They said they'd be here at 8:30am, and they were here at exactly 8:30am each day. 3. Quick and efficient. They sent a crew of 7 people. They finished 4 floors in 2 days. I was expecting it to take 3-4 days and was thrilled that they brought more people and could finish faster. 4. Polite and accommodating. Willing to do pretty much whatever was asked of them with no complaints. 5. No damage to anything. They moved all furniture and covered everything well. I removed most of the art from the walls, but they moved large pieces that I was unable to move. 6. All paint was included in the price -- no matter how many different colors I wanted. They didn't nickel and dime -- just gave me a fair quote and then said basically, yeah, whatever else we run into, we'll take care of it within reason. Every other quote was so precise in what was included and included an UpPrice for anything additional that we ran into. Mario's method gave me a sense of security that I wasn't going to run into a bunch of unknowns. CONs: These issues would not have occurred if I had been more active in the oversight. I'm writing them here just for tips for people who are hiring any painter. Actively oversee the work and there will be no surprises with this group. 1. They packed up for they day, took all of their equipment and then the supervisor told me they were finished -- all finished. I would have preferred that he told me that long before they took all the ladders out and packed up the car. It didn't leave adequate time to really review the house before they left. That leaves open the possibility of dissatisfaction. So when I found a very few minor items that I wanted corrected, the workers had to bring their drop cloths and ladders back inside and upstairs. Still, they did everything on my punch list without complaints, but it was kind of uncomfortable for me. Probably my own fault for not managing while they worked, but I was on another floor and working my own job and trying to stay out of their way while they did theirs. Also, one of the rooms was painted the wrong color and I couldn't tell until the next day when the sun was out. It's close enough that I won't change it now, but it's not what I asked for...so - double check all of your colors BEFORE they paint. 2. The workers don't have full understanding of the value of certain items. I have some large original works of art on the walls and I was pretty nervous about the way they wanted to move/store them while they painted behind. They did exactly as I asked, but then a few hours later, I was surprised to find a ladder leaning up against the very piece that I had been so protective of. It's not that it's terribly expensive, just that it can never be replaced. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work.

It went very well, they did what they said they were going to do and they got it done quickly. They worked long hours but I am very pleased with the work.

They were FANTASTIC!!! Mr Vega met with me for the estimate and gave the cost. I had been collecting estimates from several contractors due to insurance involvement for the damage. He was the most expensive but I'm so glad I hired them. I had had water damage to another part of the kitchen from years before that I kept meaning to get to but as it was hidden by the refrigerator, I kept putting it off. They repaired that part, even though Mr Vega & I had never discussed that section of the kitchen. In the pantry area that required the most work, the light fixture's pull cord had recently pulled out - I was so frustrated by all the other issues that it was going on my "to do" list. The workers replaced the light, which stunned me. These guys went above & beyond and did an excellent job. I would absolutely use them again.

They take their time and are extremely professional. Had a slight problem with pricing, which was quickly straightened out by the owner. I would hire them 7 days of the week. They painted my bathroom and repaired water damage from a leak upstairs. I felt like i had a new bathroom when they left. It has inspired us to remodel the bathrooms and I am positive they will be the company that we hire. Thanks Solution Paintings. ...just a side note, when you call and speak to Rosy Martinez it is just like talking to a friend who wants to help you.

They were prompt, courteous, and very organized. Before they left each day they cleaned up and organized all their supplies. The house looks great and I plan to contact them to come out and do some more work for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home. I really liked having a small local business do the job.

Mario the owner comes to the house and provides a quote on the spot. Rosie sets up the appointment. There is a foreman on site who goes over the job with you and then a crew that does the work along with the foreman. We have had two jobs done and both times we were very pleased with the work. We had something we wanted fixed when we did the final inspection (baseboard ended before doorway and we wanted it to extend into the doorway opening) and these were addressed quickly and professionally). Highly recommend this company. We plan to use them again soon for a larger project.

Mario came out promptly to give estimate. They were available to start the next day. Ezekiel and his crew showed up on time. They worked and got job done in 1 day. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Mario Jr. and his crew were the best possible painters I could have hoped for. On time, polite, eager to do anything I needed, even when I had to change some plans. They offered additional services and took it upon themselves to do some touch-up work that I didn't even notice. And they cleaned up every bit of the debris. They left everything in excellent order.

Solution Painting Inc. was absolutely excellent. It's pricey but it's worth it. The person who handled the job started and finished it as he said it will be. His workers came early and put in a full days work. They were very nice and did not leave any junk.

Estimator asked $475, soon came down to $375. Rescheduled by one week, then by 2 hours - obviously very busy. Once on the job, it went smoothly.

Paint solutions did a fantastic job we hired them twice already and will hire them again if needed. Everyone at PS is respectful, friendly, and professional.

Scheduled for 4 days. Days 1 and 2 were very good. Day 3 was rushed with the painters trying to do in 1 day what was scheduled for 2 days. The results in the taping, paint on furniture and in general mess of the house. Would have told painters not to come back if day 3 had been day 1.

William and his crew began work promptly and made progress quickly, finishing in ample time before our son returned from college for Christmas break. The entire job was completed in approximately one week. There were no subcontractors. The quality of the work is excellent. When we pointed out that the built in shelves didn't have holes for TV cables to pass through as originally requested, the mistake was corrected within a day and without complaint. Clean up was thorough, and the room is now beautiful. We would definitely use Solution Painting again.

Incredibly happy with the work that Solution Painting did. Before I even hired them and was getting quotes on the work, Solution Painting was the most professional about the quote--wrote it down then and there when they took a look at the ceiling (as opposed to other companies that waited several days or even weeks before quoting a price). They were also the most reasonably priced. The guys that did the work were very nice and quick and efficient. I was told that there might be a mess on the walls as a result of the messy process, but they did such a great job with protecting the floor and walls, that there wasn't any mess or damage done. I really appreciated how honest and direct the owner was when he explained the process to me. The popcorn ceiling removal process was a two day project, and after the first day it already looked amazing. I'm very pleased with their work--my condo looks much better as a result of it. I will definitely hire them again whenever I have any other painting projects.
