Team showed up on time every day. Were respectful of our house and contents. Covered everything with plastic and then cloth covering. Sealed area where they were working to prevent dust from getting everywhere. Re-did all areas where we felt were not done right first time without complaints. Worked a little later than we expected until between 7 - 8 pm. Highly recommend,.

Work crew arrived on time all three days to paint home exterior and detached garage/shop. Work crew was focused on all tasks to prepare to paint the house, and were proficient and efficient to complete the work, including carpentry tasks. Very professional and responsive to customer. Excellent workmanship all around by all members of the work crew.

It went beautifully. We were in a hurry and the crew arrived the day after we agreed to a price. The crew supervisor and all the team are efficient, competent and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them to others. They will perform well on any job they are given.

Excellent preparations, execution and clean up.

Overall, very satisfied with the work and would use them again. We solicited bids from four companies for painting the interior (all painted surfaces) and exterior (trim) of our house. The bids varied widely. Solution offered the best bid for the interior work (some companies bid lower prices, but proposed only one coat of paint, not a good idea). We didn't go with them for the exterior because their proposal was less detailed than the firm we ultimately chose on how much it would cost to replace the rotten wood with PVC. The interior work was done well. The house was empty, so they had nothing to move and little to cover. They did a good job of covering appliances in kitchen, but seemed a little less thorough in protecting fixtures in bathrooms and butler's pantry, which had paint spray on them (was able to remove, but tedious.) They spent a lot of time doing prep work (sanding, etc.), which is good. They accommodated our timeline, scheduling the work before our movers arrived. They showed up on time. If using again, I would pay attention to color though. We asked them to match the (neutral) shade used throughout the house and they assured us they could match it exactly, but the shade we ended up with was noticeably different. We like it okay but it's not as well as the original shade. Also, I had asked for their help in choosing alternate colors for the bathrooms, to better complement tiles. I specifically told the woman who came to the house to help us select colors that I was looking for something a little deeper than what we had in the bathrooms. We chose shades based on her recommendations, but they were all much lighter than what we had and what they put in the rest of the house and did not at all complement the tiles. I was very unhappy with that result and asked them to redo in the same shade they used in the rest of the house. They agreed, though we had to pay for them to redo it. So maybe do your own work on color selection and do not rely on their advice in that area. Only other nit was that I had a brand new step stool in the kitchen that they decided to use for painting and covered it in paint and then broke it. I got them to deduct the cost of it on the final invoice, but I thought it was a tad unprofessional that they used it to begin with...I assumed they would provide their own ladders! I think this happened at the end of the job when they were rushing to finish and had two or three crews in the house at the same time. A small thing, but annoying. I was also annoyed that they gave my husband an Angie's list review to fill out manually along with the invoice. This was before I saw the final results (and the colors I did not like) so was not pleased with that. I don't think Angies should allow that practice...the reviews should not be solicited directly from the service provider, with the customer filling out the form while the workers are standing there. I felt like I didn't have any leverage to negotiate my issues given that my husband had already filled out a form that gave them high marks. I really fault Angie's as much as the company for allowing that practice though. Shame on you Angie's.

Crew was punctual, very professional. Did excellent work. Did not make a mess, cleaned up well.

Once the offer was completed, work was initiated within one week. Completed job in two days. Courteous, professional, and efficient.

Solution Painting did perhaps the best work I've ever had done. Their prep work was meticulous, every surface was disassembled, prepped rebuilt and then painted twice. Th entire trim, shutter, doors look brand new on a 30 year old house! They took 4 days, but were punctual, always kept the job area clean and really very professional. i'll use them again!

We received an estimate, which was very competitive compared to the others we received. The company followed up and scheduled a date to do the work. They estimated the project would take three days to complete (which it did). They arrived exactly on time on the scheduled date and walked us through the work that would be done. They worked long hours every day to complete the project and did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the quality of the work. They were extremely professional and took great care to cover all of our furniture, walls and paintings. The job created significant dust due to the ceiling work, but they covered everything so well that it was not a problem. We have had lots of professional painters do work on our house over the years, and Solutions Painting by far did the best quality work at a very fair price.

This is the third time we've used Solution Painting, and they did an excellent job as always. We've used them twice for interior painting and once for exterior painting, and we've been impressed with the promptness and professionalism of the team. Our living room, dining room, and bathroom look great!

Mario scheduled immediately and came right on time, which I very much appreciated. Unfortunately, once he arrived I did not find him customer service oriented. I felt working with him would probably be a stressful experience, and this was validated by some of the reviews I read about him after he had left.
