Great job with the repair and even matched my nude pair of heels perfectly. Shoes came back looking much better than when they went in. Will definitely use again. Even have a coupon on their website for first time visitors.

Description of Work: I have gone to Sal's for several different repairs over the years. I had them: Re-heel my shoes, repair a broken purse strap, punch additional holes in a belt. Their repairs are excellent. No complaints other than they are usually busy, so I've never been able to get same-day service.

 + -1 moreIn all cases, the item to be repaired was inspected and a straightforward evaluation of the work and cost provided. All work was completed in a timely manner. Drop off and pick up quick and easy. Prices seem fair to me, and worthwhile to keep comfortable shoes, and my favorite handbag in service for another season!
Description of Work: I have used Sal's Shoe Repair several times in the past few years. The services they have provided for us are: resoled men's dress shoes, re-heeled ladies shoes, re-sewn shoes seams, replaced ankle strap elastics on sandals, added buckle holes to some belts, and repaired a handbag seam. $15.00 is a guesstimate average price for the services I have used.

 + -1 moreI had a shoe with an elastic strap which was too loose to fit comfortably. The shoe repair person examined the shoe and discussed options to fix the strap. We agreed on a plan and he had the shoe ready the next day. The problem was solved and the shoe is now wearable and comfortable. I was very pleased with the service and the repair and the price. I recommend this business to others who need shoe repair.
Description of Work: An elastic shoe strap was too loose to allow me to wear the shoe. The shoe repair person came up with a way to sew a fold into the strap in an inconspicuous place to make the strap tighter. This was a successful repair and made the shoe wearable.
