Fast and reliable! The birds that have been congregating/building nests on the front of our house aren't sure what to do now. While they seem to be trying to peck away at the seals, I'm hoping they will get frustrated and stop doing it. Also, if it damages what Safeway Termite & Pest Control set up for us, I'm confident that Serge will come back to fix the problem!

Serge was fast to respond,, clean and patient...as my raccoon was smart. Did a wonderful job of getting the mother raccoon and 5 babies out of my attic!

Professional and courteous. Prompt in responding to follow-on needs and questions (set an outside trap to safely and humanely capture and release squirrels who had gotten into my attic). Each time a squirrel was captured, Safeway responded immediately to release and reset the trap. Excellent and professional contractor.

Had a bird in the attic that was trapped in there after our soffit was repaired. He came in and had the bird out, unharmed, within an hour.

Great quality profesional service. The technician had lots of attention to details. He prepared the area by securing the entire area by repairing with high quality Metallic screen at the area were the Racoon entered in the broken screen. He then sanitized the entire attic and finally left a trap to capture the Racoon. Around 08:30pm that night the Racoon was finally captured in the trap. I called the technician and with no hesitation the technician asked if he can come to remove and release the Racoon. I was extremely impressed on the proactive can do attitude at that time of the night and candid approach. I strongly recommend Safeway Termite& Pest Control. I will use them anytime! Top quality!
