Would have given a higher rating, but they didnt disclose an additional $35 service fee over the phone in addition to the $175 they charged. We still had some hornets enter our house after their service. They didnt perform an inspection of our property to ensure there were no other nests (even though we pointed them out).

The representatives I met were both very professional, timely, knowledgeable, and offered great customer service. I didn't give a 5 on work quality as I just had the service done so time will tell if if was effective.

We had 2 hornets nest in the attic. He came right away. He also asked if we have any health issues - to be at another part of the house - while he does his work and told us to wait a few hours.

he was very gentlemen, performed the work very nicely, very professional, explained , warn caution we have to take from the chemical especially for my elderly mother who uses oxygen. didn't even push the payment upfront like other vendors or contract etc. I definitely use them for future .. very painless experience. !!
