The job was never done, he change the price over the phone and he is trying to charge me for the job that he never did.

I was ready to pay for a monthly contract, but Serge demonstrated that while it would certainly make more money for him, my pest problem wasn't bad enough to warrant it, and ad hoc treatments would be more economical. He also made sure to minimize use if chemicals indoors and explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions.

Super responsive and worked with my schedule. And unlike the larger companies, I was able to get in touch with someone immediately and even schedule an appointment for a Sunday. Couldn t get that with the other guys.

He was very flexible in timing which was most appreciated. My only concern is we are not 100 percent sure the original problem is resolved. However he did indicate what to do next if that happens.

Safeway TPC called me within minutes and arrived at my house 40 minutes later. They did a thorough inspection, gave me a quote and completed the work in a timely fashion. Couldn't have gone any better!

Sergei went above and beyond to ensure the two raccoons that had invaded our upper attic were not only gone, but not coming back. He sealed up and braced the paneling under the eaves that they pulled down to get in and out. Fogged the space to kill off any ticks or fleas, and set a trap just in case they found a way back in. Came back several times to check that they hadn’t come back, and removed the trap after a week. Highly recommend him if you have a wild animal problem.

Prompt and professional. Cared about getting the job done well. A bit expensive but was mostly due to materials cost and was worth it for the excellent service and advice.
