We reached out to Home Advisor / Safeway Termite and Pest Control because we thought we had squirrels living in our attic. It turned out to be mice and birds. Serge responded to our Home Advisor request the day that we submitted it, and was out at our home the next day. He very quickly isolated and addressed the issues. None of these pest services are cheap. But Serge did a very good job, quickly, and got the animals out of our home.

This company is fantastic! The price was great (less than 2 of their competitors) and the work was above and beyond what was expected (e.g., vacuuming, plastic removal, etc.). Very thorough! Serge was wonderful and explained the process and expectations (mice infestation). I would not hesitate to hire him again in a second and in fact they are now my "go to" company for all pest control.

Serge's work was effective and done in a timely manner. Cost wise, I can't compare but I am okay with what I paid for considering the mess I had to deal with. I would hire him again.

I had a squirrel in the ceiling area. They fit me in for next day service, showed up early. Installed a tough metal screen in the vent area where the squirrel had gotten in and repaired the bent vent. Super fast service and reasonable cost. Thanks!
