After the inspection and obtained another different quotes, we finally hired Safeway Termite and Pest Control, Inc to take care of the general pest for interior and exterior of the house even though the asking price was a little bit higher than others. Because Mr. Serge Franjie was very responsive, on-time, honest, professionalism, and good at what he was doing. Especially he gave us the ease of mind with the extended warranty and answered our questions with honesty. That is why we have also hired his company to do plumbing job right after. We are looking to do more business with his company in the near future. Really recommended!!! Thanks. Respectfully.

Serge fought a very pesky squirrel over several visits and approaches, and finally we were able to remove the squirrel(s) and seal off our attic. We will call him again the next time we have an animal problem. Highly recommended.

I am an out of state landlord and it always frustrates me when contractors attempt to take advantage because Im not there to see whats going on. I have great tenants who maintain the property in immaculate condition, however, two contractors tried telling me horror stories about the importance of setting traps and starting a quarterly subscription. Serge Franjie of Safeway Termite & Pest Control, was very prompt, courteous, professional, but most importantly, honest. He explained that I did not need a subscription, and he took care of my rodent problem on the spot at a very fair price.
