Outrageous price quote for termite treatment, 3-5 times more expensive than the quotes I got from multiple competitors! Also charged me $85 for the inspection that every other company did for free!

Very professional. Placed bait in the attic for mice. Had an excellent knowledge of the bait product he was using. Went outside the house to check for places where mice might enter the attic. Found hole where they might be getting in. Raining that day but he came back a couple days later after the rains had stopped and went up on roof and sealed opening. Also removed a bird’s nest! And he sealed a hole where ants might come in on the lower floor and sprayed for ants. Very nice to work with. Would definitely hire him again.

Very professional, explained the details of the steps taken to address the issue. Unfortunately, the animal was not caught. Repellent was applied and we hope it does not return. I was informed this was a highly unusual case. At any rate, highly recommended!

Serge was professional and knowledgeable. He analyzed the problem with us, then set right to work to solve it. He returned later in the day with necessary additional material and completed the job. He was careful to avoid any inconvenience to us, and he carefully cleaned up the site when he was done.

Safeway came on Sunday to look at the problem areas just a few hours after I posted the request. He gave a very reasonable quote and was there first thing Monday to take care of everything. Ants, drain flies and carpenter bees. No up selling. And very informative. I will definitely be returning for any future projects.

Serge is a knowledgeable, personable, humorous vendor. He did a thorough job of eliminating our bees about 10 days ago and just yesterday we saw more dead bees so the chemical effect was long lasting. He also makes sure you are happy with his work in every respect before leaving. Highly recommended.
