It was great. They came yesterday and got the job done quickly.

Very efficiently and quickly handled. Though some wasps remained and persisted in trying to build a new nest over the next week, Serge returned on my request and "finished" the job, without additional cost.

Great. The lawn treatment eliminated the pesky mosquitos in my yard, and service was very prompt.

The good: Came to my house on time, spent time to try to figure out the problem. The bad: Didn't go in the attic to identify the actual problem. As a professional, one would think they should have been able to identify the droppings... Was told it was probably mice and definitely not rats. It was neither! The solution offered was to throw 5 bait packs into the attic for $90. These bait packs are maybe a couple dollars each. But if it was going to solve the problem then great so I went with it. Next day, even more droppings... So instead I called my general contractor. He spent 5 hours at my house as he discovered it was bats at the eaves of my roof. He excluded them, cleaned up all the droppings, sealed the entry points and nailed back the flashing on the exterior for $300. Money well spent.

I had birds that had made their way into the vents in my home. Upon arrival and assessment, I was given 3 options, the latter of them being the most expensive. Unfortunately I was told that the birds were in one location which meant, that in order to retrieve them, I would have to go with the most expensive option, which included tearing out and replacing dry way. When it was discovered that the birds location was not where initially thought and the extra work that was expected was not needed I was told that I still had to pay the highest fee. The excuse that I was given was that it was behind the microwave, which involved taking it down and dealing with electrical items (I can put up and take down a microwave for $200, which took 10 min.). The thing is, this was one of the 3 options initially given to me, which was “less expensive”. When I placed the service call, I informed the owner that I lived in a condo on the third floor and that the bird(s) were in the unit, in the kitchen, therefore he knew that they couldn’t have been removed from outside. When I asked him how else would he have retrieved the birds, he stated that taking down the microwave would have involved an electrician, which I would have had to pay. When calling around for quotes, the quotes would include removal, disinfecting, and putting screens up to prevent recurrence. After debating with the owner about why I am still being charged the higher price, I was told that he would give me a $50 "discount" and he wouldn't be putting up any screens or removing the nest/clearing vent, (which it is customary to do so). Needless to say, the birds nest is still in the vent, the vents are still uncovered, therefore a recurrence is probable and I paid $589 just to have them take down my microwave and remove 2 hatchlings. Had I have known what my end result was going to be, I would have definitely went with another contractor, and I implore anyone who wants to have a completed job and save money to do the same. I am not one who normally writes reviews, but this incident has me so disturbed that I had to because I would hate to see anyone else go through this. Needless to say, I would not recommend this business. I ended up spending at least $200 more over quotes that I received from other companies because when I booked the appointment, I was told one thing and afterwards, it became something else.

Safeway was referred to us by a friend who uses Safeway for a while, we called Safeway and scheduled first for a free estimate and inspection based on their recommendation. As a result, Safeway technician proposed for us a detailed plan that fits our needs, and in the plan was the use of natural products that are safe for our two toddlers and two dogs. The plan covered all of our issues and gave detailed information. The next time the technician came and applied the prescribed plan, it was in a professional manner, that made us feel very comfortable. Technician showed up on time and was courteous listening to all our concerns.
