+ -1 moreRon Herold of RRR Solutions responded rapidly as was required and took to the process of understanding what had been previously implemented and undocumented. After understanding the network, he made the various changes that were required. RRR Solutions is a small company that specializes in Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) clients. We are a small office, and he did precisely what was required in a timely fashion and for a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend his services to clients and any small businesses who want prompt, courteous and reliable assistance with maintaining or upgrading their computer systems.
Description of Work: I run a CPA practice with 5 workstations; DSL router and file/print sharing. I needed to find someone who could analyze my network and make some changes to my systems, including setting up printer sharing options that a different computer consultant had said was not easily done due to firewall constraints. It is the middle of tax season, and the office is very busy. I needed immediate assistance, as deadlines are looming. RRR Solutions was able to respond quickly and professionally.
