Rogelio and his team were awesome!! They painted all of the high traffic areas in our house over several days. They provided valued guidance on colors and paint types throughout. The walls look amazing, and they protected the floors and furniture and cleaned up every day. We are very happy with the results and will definitely be calling them again for any future work.

Working with Rogelio was great. He provided a timeline immediately and was able to start work within a reasonable timeframe. He also understood the nature of the work, took pictures and provide a thorough, itemized estimate that made us feel like his team could complete the job correctly. Not only did they complete the job with the highest quality, they finished it in under a week! It was not a small job as it involved power washing, painting the trim, wood remediation, and gutter removal/painting. Our house looks practically new after his team finished. Rodas Painting & Services does EXCELLENT work. When they repaired/restored a 35 year-old condo for sale everything looked fresh and new. Next, they repaired and painted the exterior of my home. They have just remodeled my master bathroom, guest bathroom, and entry half-bath and I couldn't be happier with the results. They pay attention to details. They begin work promptly and at the end of the day, they leave the area clean. The owner, Rogelio, Roda, stays personally involved in the job, visiting the job several times, and inspecting the work. He was always available to answer questions. Any time I have work to be done, I will call Rodas Painting and Services.

Rogelio Rodas and his team are extremely punctual, professional and meticulous about their work. I hired them to pressure wash my townhome (corner unit) and the deck. They then sanded and stained the deck, replaced all of rotted wood trim and parts of the wood garage door, and painted all exterior trim (including windows) and the front door. The house looks great and I’ve received many compliments from neighbors. I will definitely rehire Rogelio and his team.

Excellent. Not only did they powerwash first but also washed flagstone walkway at no extra charge. Applied 2 coats, absolutely no paint drips. Spent about 2 hours powerwashing first day; 2 men painted for 6-7 hours second day.

Rodas Painting & Services painted the entire 1st floor our house - including kitchen, dining room, living room, family room and 2 story foyer. We had been referred to them by neighbors. Their quote was very competitive to others we received. Their quality of work, attention to detail, care in covering flooring, furniture and other items was exceptional. Crew was extremely polite, time efficient and hard working. They made repairs to drywall and carpentry (even in places we didn’t know we had issues). They were flexible and happy to adjust to changes we presented to them once work was underway. We were thrilled with their work and the final product. We will be painting the upstairs in the near future - won’t even bother getting other quotes. Giving them the highest recommendation for anyone with an upcoming home improvement project!

Rodas is hands down the best painter I have ever worked with…and I have worked with many. I’ve had such a bad experience with several painters that at some point, I began painting everything myself. However, since moving to a new home and not having enough time, I hired Rodas Painting after a friend recommended them. I was blown away first by the amount of prep they did to take care of my home as not to damage anything or prevent dust spreading all over the house — we all know how painful the clean up is after a big paint job. Secondly, they were very meticulous as to patch and fix the most minor dings that I never knew existed on my walls!! And I would say one of the most important factor is that they actually use high quality paints. All of our previous painters would bring either contractor grade (which is the worst!!) or another low grade/avg paint. Rodas came in with the top of the line BM paint for my stairs so that it can maintain it’s quality for years to come. The outcome is amazing! I am bummed I never knew about him all these years living in the Nova area for 20 years. Trust me when I tell you, all these positive recommendations you see are real! Thank you Rodas Painting!

Super quick and VERY competitive quote. 10 days later, they were repairing/smoothing 17 years of paint, wall paper and dents. Clean, professional. Rodas Painting professionals did an EXCEPTIONAL job. I plan to use them again and again and highly recommend them!

Rogelio showed up on time for the estimate and gave me a fair price. His crew showed up when he promised. They removed the gutter and the rotted fascia board. They replaced the wood with PVC board as requested. Painted it and installed the gutter on the new board. Working with Rodas Painting was easy, and the outcome was perfect. I will definitely call them again and would recommend them without question.

Rogelio and his team did great work for us. They had to do repairs to plaster and drywall walls before painting. Lovely prep work resulted in gorgeous paint job. I got a few quotes from different providers and Rodas was competitive and responsive through the whole process. During the prep work they had to also sand and they closed off the rooms with plastic sheeting to keep dust out of house. And the team worked really well together. Working with Rodas painting was a very positive experience and I have no hesitation recommending them and can't wait to hire them for more work.

Great! The owner responded immediately to my request for an estimate. The estimate was satisfactory and he promptly came and power-washed the shutters (removing a hornet's nest as well!) and returned two days later to paint them with 2 coats of Benjamin Moore paint in the perfect color. No shrubbery or gutters were damaged and he used drop cloths on the roof to protect it. His price was excellent as was the work. I was impressed with the owner and the quality of his work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Rogelio was spectacular! He did a wonderful job, and in exactly the time, and for exactly the price that he quoted us. He left the apartment very clean, and he took photos of the items on our shelves so that he could replace them in exactly the same position when he finished.
