Rogelio and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We had significant damage to our ceilings and walls from a sprinkler system that was discharged in a condo above ours. Another crew rebuilt the walls but were stretched too thinly to complete the work, so we hired Rogelio based on strong recommendations from a friend. Rodas Painting was meticulous about protecting our furnishings and floors, smoothing out rough areas in the walls, and repairing cracks. Unlike some other experiences we've had, their practice of completing a job at one client's before accepting another job was greatly appreciated to complete our work quickly and efficiently during an emergency period. We will absolutely hire them again, and have recommended them to neighbors with similar flooding damage. Rogelio is a thoughtful, hard-working man, and he's attracted a like-minded crew. During this period of COVID-19, they were never without masks and were careful about social distancing. Big thumbs up

Phenomenal work! I've used Rodas Services three times already and LOVE them. He power washed my deck twice now and it looked brand new each time--that's never happened with other power washers. I also hired him to power wash my siding and I actually saw him up on my roof power washing the brick on my fire place exhaust--amazing. He's also done painting for me and it was done with great attention to detail. The prices are SO reasonable and the quality of work is in a league of its own. I HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent painting service. Work was done well with attention to preparation, protection and quality. Touch ups afterwards were taken care of quickly and professionally. Kitchen cabinet doors were spray painted in a temporary "paint booth" in the garage and now look better than new.

Great job. Was a lot of work and he did it in the time he said he would and very well. Even came back to clean up a little paint on the kitchen floor without hesitation. Very friendly and easy to work with.

We had a light switch moved about 6 feet on a dining room wall and a 3" by 6' cut was made in the drywall to run the electric to the new switch. The work they did was amazing! After the wall was patched and painted, no one could tell where the patching was! It was beautiful. They also patched a basement wall that had a number of shelves removed and the wall patched. Again, beautiful work. We have additional painting to be done, and they are now my go-to painters.

This is the third time I used Rodas Painting. Their work is of the highest quality, and the price quoted was 20-30% less than what i expected to pay. They were courteous, careful, prompt, finished the work on time. The best contractor of any time so have ever used!

Very well. The crew always showed up as promised and did a great job prepping the work area prior to starting to prevent collateral damage. The quality of the work is excellent and they are very good about following up afterwards to make sure everything meets expectations and ready to make any adjustments if needed. I feel very confident referring them to clients knowing I don't have to worry whether they will deliver as expected.
