Jeff called approximately 15 minutes before the appointment to confirm he was en route and arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. All work was performed in about 3 hours (the scheduler estimated 3-4 hours). The old light fixtures and smoke detectors were taken by Jeff for recycling, so nothing ended up in the trash.

It was a straightforward process of getting an estimate and scheduling the job, which was performed efficiently and correctly.

They came when they said they would come; did the work in approximately the amount of time they estimated and the cost was what was estimated in the beginning.

I thought Jeff did a very good job for a reasonable price. I asked him to check some outlets. He identified two with problems (I knew of one of them). He is honest and professional.

I was happy with and appreciate the work. On the positive side, the team showed up promptly when they were scheduled to show up, did the work quickly and (as far as I can tell) professionally and with good quality of work. I appreciated them remaining calm regarding my small dog (who showed up initially but I kept out of the work area). I also much appreciate their patience, as I had to postpone the job several times at the estimate stage, and reschedule the actual date of service once, for reasons beyond my control related to external authorities (I took some guesses about when we'd be able to start that turned out to be wrong in the end). They also helped me out with a schematic of the proposed work at no extra charge. The charging station works fine, which is what matters the most. Some aspects of the customer service and pricing process could use improvement, although the final price was fine, after negotiation.

They were always on time and professional. We have always felt 100% comfortable with them in our house and they do a good job.

Everything went very well. It took a full day with 3 certified electricians to complete the work. I was able to add more upgraded wiring than originally planned at a very reasonable cost. They also fixed a reverse polarity on one of my outlets that was in a newer area of my house at no cost. Through out the whole process they were all very patient in explaining all the options possible to someone who does not know much about electricity. Would recommend them without hesitation and will use them for all future electrical work.

Problem was fixed in two visits; first visit was to assess the problem (fan was not working and needed a part). Next visit was to install the part. Wish it could have been done in one visit, but sometimes that is not the case based on the problem. They weren't the cheapest option but they were easy to work with and according to my renters, who met them, they were professional and on time. Bottom line, a good experience with no problems.

It was a great experience, the two person team was very knowledgeable and efficient in resolving my issue and installing/putting together the ceiling fan and light kit. I would definitely hire this group for any electrical work in the future.

After purchasing an 11 year old condo that was built on the cheap, I wanted some changes/upgrades. I had a short laundry list of things to do the most important (and expensive/time consuming) of which was to change out the loudest bathroom exhaust fans on the planet. The fans were hooked to the bathroom lights, so the two options were (1) turn on the light and fan and have your ears assaulted or (2) use the bathroom in the dark. Thanks to the marvels of the internet, I was able to research exhaust fans and learn about somes. I chose a highly recommended, low noise Broan model and ordered them. I asked for a work proposal because I wanted to try to eliminate surprises. Jeff came out and took the requirements. Frankly I was a bit flabbergasted when I got the quote, but the reality is that no one knew what they'd find when the old units needed to come out. I was so flabbergasted that even though the proposal said all discounts applied, I had to go back to ask if the Angie's List discount was applied. Now that the work has been done, I am fine with the price. (Coming from an area where things cost less, I'm not a good person to address the issue of price. At the end of the day, I am very happy with the service and don't feel like I was gauged.) Jeff and Moto worked ALL day getting the old exhaust fans out and the new ones in. They are my heroes - hard workers, knowledgeable, and kept at it. I have no reservations about hiring Quality Electric Service for my next electrical job and would recommend them to friends and family.

This is the second time we have used this company. Jeff came the first time to re-attach a decorative fluorescent fixture that had come loose from the ceiling. We asked for Jeff the second time. He called each time to say when he was on the way. He is friendly and professional and they use quality parts. The prices were about what you would expect for electrical work although we have not used any electrical repair service for a while. We found Quality on Angie's list.

All work was done as requested. On time and at quoted price.

Joe was great. He arrived on time, was meticulous with his work and was very efficient. The quotation was nearly exactly what I paid.

I had trouble connecting the ceiling fan to the existing ceiling box because my old cloth wires were not marked and, well, sometimes you just have to call in professionals. Called Quality Electric Service and got an appointment for the next day. The technician, Jeff, arrived on time, was extremely polite and friendly, got right to work, and got the work done quickly. He hooked up the ceiling fan and replaced the wall switch, which was no longer working. He was also happy to answer basic questions while he worked on other odds and ends items that were on my mind. I will absolutely call them again. This was a good experience and they honored the 15% off Angie's List discount.

Excellent service. On time. the electrician knew exactly what the problem was and did the work expertly and efficiently. did not try to add any other services.

Very professional and skilled. Additional work not included in the original estimate was performed since I discovered additional electrical problems. The bill was about 40 percent less than another estimate I received and this included the additional work. The fifteen percent discount was terrific. I highly recommend this provider, since other comparably skilled and rated providers that I had called were not interested in doing multiple repair jobs that took only a few hours or charged far too much.

We were selling our house and had to address some electrical issues. There were multiple little things that had to be taken care of before settlement. 3 1900 boxes and covers plates, 12 wirenuts, 6 single connectors 2 20a s/p breakers. 2 15a duplex outlets, and much, much, more. Jess, the electrician spent approximately 4 hours addressing all of the issues and was extremely professional and knowledgeable of his craft.

Very Well, I am completely satisfied and will use Dennis again when a electrical need is identified.
