We need to hire someone else to get this installation right. The person who takes calls for Quality Electric is "testy" and we will not use this company again.

The services turned out just fine. They were very fair and prompt. They got the job done.I will refer them if I need to. We had no complaints. He showed up when he said he was going to.The service maybe a little less, because my husband gave him a tip because he had prompt service.

Quality Electric has been my "go to" company for a number of years, for our houses in Vienna and Arlington. They have always been super professional -- punctual, efficient with their time, and adept at finding least-cost solutions. I highly recommend their work!

The electrician was on time, efficient and replaced the outlets and light switches that appeared to have been broken and overheated. He used the parts we had purchased and also had the parts on his truck that we also needed. We will definitely call Quality Electric again.

Joe was excellent. He performed high quality work, did some extra services that were needed and was a complete professional.

They're very good. They were very knowledgeable on the products. Particularly with the fans in the bathroom, they covered that really well with me. They told me if I would go get the fans they would do the installation. So I got the fans and they recommended where to go get them.

I have used this company for several years and we are very pleased with their service in general. I always ask for Jeff because he does an excellent job. I guess the price is about average.

It went very well. The electrician was right on time and he explained just about everything he was doing inside the house. He definitely seemed to know what he was doing. The lights are back on in the living room, and the outside lights are working as described. He cleaned up all the mess. There was a little hesitation with the Angie's List coupon. It said right on the coupon that I could give it to him at time of service. He had to call the office to get permission to accept it. I have no way of knowing if that effected the price because I didn't have an estimate beforehand. However, overall, I am happy with the job done.

I used Quality Electric Service a week ago in March of 2017. Each visit was like $150. I called them 2 different times. They were prompt, efficient and did what I asked them to do.

I used Quality Electric Service in December 20th or 21st of 2016.

Jeff came out to go over the project and provide an estimate. Very friendly and listened to what i wanted done and offered some suggestions. I was very picky about how I wanted things done and where I wanted certain switches placed and Jeff took notes and understood and was very patient with me. After we walked through the project Jeff went over everything he had written down and said an estimate would be sent. Sure enough, the very next morning I had my estimate. I had another electrician from a different company come out to give an estimate the next day and I knew within two minutes I was not going to hire them. This cat was very unprofessional and demeaning. Sorry, I'm not an electrician, that's why I asked you here for an estimate. In any case, back to Quality Electric Service, I would highly recommend them, particularly Jeff. I plan to have more electrical work done in the fall and will definitely be giving Quality Electric another call. The work was great and most importantly my wife loved the finished product (and so did I).

Jeff from Quality Electric Service Inc. came and fixed the issue by making a couple of repairs, checking the main box, installed a new outdoor cover and updated the grouting. He was punctual, courteous and professional. As they charge by the half hour after the first hour, Jeff was happy to use the remaining 15 minutes changing light bulbs for me. I would definitely use them again.

Great experience. They're very good. They were very personable. They were on top of stuff. I called them, they were there, responsive. They came, I like that about them. I did not have to run after them. The price was very good, a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anybody.

went very well. Turned out to be a minor problem but the technician fixed it and did an electrical check of the house to make sure there was no danger.

Excellent. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it expeditiously and even cleanup some excess wiring from the last person. He recommended changing out the old bulbs at the same time. We had extras on hand so that did not add to the cost. Light fixture is working better than when it was new. Price was very reasonable and we called one afternoon and he was there the next day. Highly recommended. Best electrical repairs we have had for the time we have lived in this house.

Smooth installation. Discussed electrical design of the house. Joe was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to have around early in the morning! There was a problem with the Angie's List web site pulling up the coupon - site defaulted to the appointment page and did not allow me to access the coupon. (I noticed it was doing this for the other coupon offers as well - fix this Angie!) Ben honored the discount. Thanks for a nice job.

The entire process was outstanding from when I callinf to arrange service to project completion. Joe was the absolute professional, He arrived promptly and explained everything and used expert workmanship..

They tend to be a little bit more expensive than the other local electricians. They offered me a 10% discount as an Angie's List member but even with that it was significantly more than some of the electricians that are on Angie's List.

Great! Joe was thorough throughout the process. He explained everything as he went and answered all of my questions patiently and completely.

The electrician was incredibly good and professional, he completed the work within the agreed upon timeframe. The issue we have now was that we requested a bid to add two spotlights on our front of the house, potential backyard lighting along a stone wall and the possible addition of an outdoor electric outlet. The electrician took pictures of the areas, measured and told us there was one person in their office that created bids, he would turn it over to them. I waited a month for a response, finally called Quality Electric. They said they would get back to me, that was five days ago. I do not know why I have not been contacted.

This was the second time Quality Electric performed service for us and we have been very pleased. Quality gave us an estimate up front for the work we requested. On an earlier visit, Joe had installed seven ceiling light fixtures, including a chandelier. This time he corrected a wiring situation that was found during a home inspection. A previous contractor had installed a bathroom fan without placing the new wiring in a junction box. A different contractor had years ago installed our garage door opener and plugged it into a socket that was controlled by a light switch. Joe brought everything up to NEC code and as before explained what her did and why it had to be done. We will call on Quality again if we need electrical work done.
