Oscar's Painting

I would give Oscar the best review that I could ever give anybody. He was excellent. I would give him an 'A' in every category including efficiency, professionalism and cost. He was just wonderful and I would highly recommend him to anyone that would ever need painting work done. We will use his services again in the future if we need to. I do not want him to get too busy because we may need him again.

Oscar and his crew of 4 additional painters did a great job. He brought in an extra person on the final day to meet the completion date he had given us. They were meticulous and very clean. They cleaned up completely at the end of each work day and took away all their debris daily. They were considerate of our shrubs and didn't do any damage to our planting beds - an issue we'd had with a prior painter. The amazing thing about this job was that we had paid $6,000.00 for the exact same work 5 years prior and Oscar did a better job. We hired Oscar to do interior painting for us in April, 2013 and posted a review on that. (I'm posting this one retroactively because he's such a great find.)

Oscar and his crew did meticulous work. They arrived promptly each day and worked continuously in an efficient and thorough manner. They maintained a very clean work space, moving items when necessary and covering exposed surfaces and furniture. Everything was returned to it's proper place at the end of each day - including sweeping the floors and removing debris daily. After each day ended, you would not even know they had been here, except for the great results. I don't remember seeing one drop of paint that needed to be cleaned up. They are courteous and respectful, and focused on their work - there was minimal chatting and no listening to music or talking on their cell phones during the work day. This is actually the third time Oscar has worked for us. I will post another review for the exterior house painting he did for us in 2011. In early 2011 he also tracked down a leak that was driving us crazy that we originally thought was coming from our master bathroom but proved to be a result of faulty vent pipe connections in our attic! We had other vendors try to fix this leak - everyone focused on the plumbing. Only Oscar ventured into our hot, dirty, insulation filled attic to pinpoint the problem. Once Oscar found and repaired the vent pipe connection that was allowing water to penetrate our ceiling. Once fixed by Oscar - no more leak!
