It went very well.

The cleaners came exactly on time with all supplies. The even asked where the appropriate place to park was so that they did not park in the reserved areas. They systematically began to clean he condo and were meticulous in making sure corners, cabinets and hard to get to places were done well. When the were nearly finished almost three hours later we pointed out a couple of things we wanted done a little better. The cleaners immediately took care of them in a very pleasant manner. It was a pleasure to have some folks who took pride in their work. Obviously we were very pleased with Nora's work.

She came to my home, took a tour and stated that she needed $150.00 in cash. I had to send my son to the bank to get the money, I didn't have $150.00 in cash on hand. The price that I paid her wasn't the price that we agreed to over the phone. She did clean my home and did a good job. I feel that it was dishonest and unprofessional to tell me a price over the phone and give me another price when she got to my home, also requesting cash only.

After some miscommunication, I was able to schedule a move in clean for the date requested and they were very friendly and accommodating on the phone. For a move in clean, she did a very good job. She focused on the areas that really needed it like the fridge and stove.

Norah's Cleaning performed a deep clean on my townhouse and did an excellent job. The weather was terrible that day, and my service was scheduled for the afternoon, so it didn't surprised me that the crew arrived a bit late. What did surprise me was that Norah called to give me a precise updated appointment time before the original 90 minute arrival window even started. The three man crew showed up as promised just half an hour later than initially planned. I've dealt with several other cleaning companies which considered it perfectly acceptable to arrive hours late (or not at all) with no explanation. Everyone at Norah's was polite, professional, thorough and efficient. I was more than satisfied with the process and results. I will definitely use the service again.

I think that if anything was missed first time, they would correct, next time. They seemed very trustworthy and dedicated and Norah said she will not grow faster than she can accommodate, like the big cleaning services.

Overall it went great!!! This company do a very good complete cleaning from top to bottom. Even my basement is now in order and very clean.

Everything is so much cleaner than I could ever get it, they pay attention to details and they're very accommodating about working with my schedule. They come and clean while I'm at work and lock up when they go--I don't feel l have to be home for them to do a great job. From start to finish, they did a beautiful job. I asked them to do our move-out cleaning on a 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment. Norah responded very quickly via email (which I love) and set it up exactly when I needed them to come. The crew were very nice and understanding about the huge list that I gave them. The apartment looked amazing on completion. And all for a very reasonable price, as well. We are very satisfied with the work Norah's cleaning service does. It is wonderful to return from work to a clean home. In addition to cleaning, her staff straightens up the house, including making the beds. The service is very trustworthy. Norah herself engages with customers and oversees the work of her staff. She also is easy to reach by phone.

I met Norah when I was moving out last year. Her move out was so great that she still work with us in our new home weekly. Nowadays she works with me and my family and some of my friends. When we moved into our home six years ago, we found out that Norah was already cleaning our home for the people we purchased it from. The home looked spectacular, so we asked who did such wonderful work! We were told it was Norah's Cleaning and we contacted her right away to continue cleaning our home. She has never raised the price in the six years she has been coming to our home. Her crew is always on time. They are very flexible too, if you need to change the date for whatever reason happens to come up. They will do extra tasks, such as cleaning windows, ovens, refrigerators, etc when asked. Never a single problem with Norah's crew entering my home either. I have always felt safe knowing that Norah was in charge and taking care of business. It was a pleasure to come home after a long day at work to a clean home.
