If you prefer that option, I would pay you for your house NOW, but allow you another 30-60 days to move-out after the settlement.     I buy homes in “as is” condition. You make absolutely no repairs. I pay all the closing costs associated with this transaction, including both sides of the transfer and record and all of the attorney fees. You incur no costs whatsoever in connection with this transaction.      How the process works: You call us and tell us approximately how much you feel your property is worth in fixed-up condition.
