I had a fantastic experience with this company! Mike and his crew did an excellent job installing my carpet. They were clean, professional, and left everything spotless. When I noticed the washer and dryer had not been moved back, I called Mike, and he immediately sent the crew back to fix it great customer service! The carpets look amazing, and I highly recommend them!

They did a very good job pricing and scheduling the replacement of my carpet. The workers did a great job and were very neat in the process?and the work is guaranteed for life. I?m the future, if I need carpet work I would use Ko-Am Enterprises again.

Mike ant KOAM was immediately responsive to my request for a quote to replace flooring in my small laundry room. His quote was fair and flexible, scheduling was easy. Willie arrived as scheduled and remained courteous throughout. The project was completed in less than three hours. Prior to his departure, Mike texted me photos of a leaky wash machine hose that Willie discovered and Willie took the time to explain to me how to replace it. The new floor looks fabulous!! KOAM will be the first company that I will call should I replace other floors in my home. I have already spread the word amongst my friends about my experience with KOAM (particularly Mike and Willie).

Mike and team gave me a really good deal for premium carpet. Best deals are when you can pick from options they have in stock. They completed the job in one day for multiple rooms totaling 2,000 square feet. The all-in cost was about half of what I was quoted by a local place outside of Angi’s list. Quality is fantastic and my realtor was very happy with how it turned out. I will certainly use them again for any flooring needs.

Aside from the bottom of my door that they trimmed being really rough and too close to the floor, and a scratch on one of the planks, everything was well done. Given that they quoted us a reasonable price, we are happy and will use them again.

Excellent service and quality

Communication and logistics was exceptionally difficult. I was sent the wrong proposal one time and it was painstaking to get a time scheduled. Was told their availability within the week (to which I responded), for them to not confirm, which put us into the next week. This happened for over two weeks up until the point I barely made the date I needed it by. I was often asked to make last minute adjustments to our agreed installation date. Twice in one week, something either came up last minute, or they mis-scheduled something. It was only because I had a last minute open availability that we were able to get it done. Otherwise, we would have missed a deadline I needed the work done by. I had to work so hard around their schedule rather than Ko-Am regarding mine. In the final service, the crew was not told part of the work that was agreed on. Ko-Am and I spoke about nailing subfloors down to reduce squeaking, and that was completely missed. The crew was confused when I mentioned it. I was given a poor explanation as to why that happened when I addressed it. The company gets one extra star for being less expensive than other options, but I suppose that came at the consequence of service.

Good price. Excellent final product. Customer service was good dealing with final minor issues. Workers were prompt and polite. However they could be very rough when carrying in supplies-just dropping them on the floor. They popped two can lights out of the ceiling on the floor below. Final cleanup was not particularly well done. Overall for the price and the final product I would recommend them

The project went really well and after comparing different companies, felt we got a really good price for the work done. KO-Am was really responsive in developing the estimate and coming out a few times to review and show us the samples. The crew worked through the rooms really efficiently with minimal disruption. It has been a week since the install and all looks good. No issues to report. Would highly recommend KO-am.
