JM Plumbing installed a tankless heater that has had a couple of hiccups over the last three years. JM has stood behind there work and has come out within 24hrs to remedy the problems. Last time they can and fixed the problem without me even here. Great support.

They did a fantastic job. They were prompt and the price was great. When they came out they covered my new hardwood floors. I would use them again and refer them to anyone. This was some of the best work I have ever had done!

HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! They cancelled their first appointment so my day off from work was for naught. They did come as agreed two days later............had a list of minor plumbing issues. They said they had a "flat rate". To unclog a shower drain 200$- second drain 150.....unclogging sink drain 50, check gas grill..total 570. I had another sink drain that had a broken piece in drain stopper- they wanted to charge an additional 50 because they had to go to home depo to buy the part. Was it my fault they did not have the part on their truck? So to fix the drain stopper of a sink would have cost me over one hundred dollars. They were at my house under two hours and did work for one hour fifteen minutes!!!!! I told them I was very unhappy about their price- they asked for a good review on angies list! I told them I could not do it because their prices were outrageous. Not sure if it was intentional to delay service for two days- i felt a little desperate to get the service done after waiting. My kids were coming home from camp and I needed the showers unclogged!!!!! By the way all the drains worked they were just slow!! I was hoping to avoid being taken advantage of by plumbers.I really thought as I talked about writting a review they would give a fair price, but no such luck. I would avoid them like the plague!!!

We got the consultation and estimate relatively quickly, but it took some time to schedule the installation. During the consultation, we had discussed installation within about 2 or 3 weeks, but it took about 6 weeks to get the heater and furnace installed. The delay was due to the earthquake/tsunami in Japan, but that wasn't explained until I became a little frustrated because they wouldn't let us know when we could get an installation. It would have been better had they just explained that up front. The installation was done over 2 days. The team was very professional and did a good job with the installation. The one drawback with the installation was that we had asked during the consultation if we could eliminate an air exchange in the wall with the new furnace and were assured we could, but once the installation began we were told that the air exchange would need to stay where it was.

They were very responsive. They ended up having to come back a few times for adjustments and they were very quick to complete those. The water heater works beautifully. They provided excellent service.

Out water heater finally died. JM was contacted to put in a tankless Navien water heater. Unfortunately they couldnt come out for 3 days however they did a great job and we love out endless supply of hot water.

The got there on time. They were able to installed the new one very quickly. They completed the work in the time they had told us at the beginning. The gave good instructions on how to use the new one.
