Mr. Krilis' crew did excellent work at a good price. He even charged us less than his original estimate! Cleaned up well. Highly recommend him and will use him again.

George and his crew did a great job. They arrived on time, did the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up before they left. George explained everything they did to me. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

Initially I called George from Dulles airport as I saw birds going into my enclosed gutter and nesting items falling from them. I wanted someone to come out but was enroute to another state for a business trip. I called on a Wednesday morning and George was willing to come to my home on Sunday which I thought was very kind and generous to assess what was going on. He then wrote an estimate and came to take the gutter lids off, and have the deck power washed for the first trip. After a few days to thoroughly dry, he and two other men came and used deckover for the bottom of the deck and a semitransparent color on the vertical parts. They were very thorough and when they were done it looked like new deck. In addition, I asked if they could do my back fence. They completed the entire painting in one day. I found George to be very responsive, professional and prompt. I thought the amount of money he charged was reasonable for the work that was done. I was greatly satisfied and would highly recommend him.

George Krils is a great guy and a wonderful contractor. He came out to do the estimate. Fixed a small problem with a downspout that he noticed and that could be fixed with a brick until he replaced the gutters. He came out on time both for the estimate and the installation. He gave me a great price. He comes with his crew to do the actual work and he is very friendly and super nice. His crew was fast and efficient, polite and friendly, and they cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. They came in at the estimated price. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them.

George came to give the evaluation and estimate and was prompt and responsive. We have not decided what we wanted to do, but when we do we will contact him to do the work.

Went as expected, but as noted, it was expensive.

I called George because I was looking for someone to help me with a gutter problem. George picked up the phone even though it was 7pm and we talked about my gutters, which are half rounds. George said he doesn't work on half rounds, but he was very helpful to me in explaining why, and he even referred me to another firm that would do half rounds. I was extremely impressed by George's candor and helpfulness -- if I find a use for his services in the future, I will certainly call him.

They are a little, expensive, but they are friendly and they do what they say they’re going to do.

They power washed the house on a Friday and then began painting on Monday morning. The painting took about four days. George and his crew painted the trim, shutters and the house and painted the front porch floor. Each morning George briefed us on what they would be working on that day and then checked in with us at the end of they day before they left. They did an excellent job!

Mr. Krilis and his work crew were prompt, courteous and hard working. They arrived each day (it was a two day job) promptly at 08:30 and worked straight thru until approximately 16:30. They worked each side of the house until the work was completed. They took off and disposed of all the old soffits and associated fascia, while Mr. Krilis busied himself cutting the new soffits and fascia to size. I was very pleased with the finished project.

From the initial contact through the completion of the job Mr. Krilis was excellent. We had a unique situation at our house due to an addition that was made a number of years ago. But at that time, the gutter system was not designed and installed correctly. Mr. Krilis was able to come up with a design and installation that has proven to be effective with recent rain storms. His pricing is similar to others, however I truly believe that his expertise is unmatched in the area and I would strongly recommend his work.

George is great! I pointed out a couple concerns I had and he came up with easy solutions that worked. Gutters look good and the work was done very quickly. The reason every area is an "A" but the overall is a "B" is because my 1 year old deck took some minor damage. I would use him again and he's not the only service provider to damage the deck. I've just learned to tell everyone working on the house to be extra careful around the deck.

Since the first time I contracted with George Krilis for gutter repairs about 12 years ago, I have never found the need to look elsewhere. His work is excellent and prices are low. He is extremely honest and trustworthy. I call him to come and clean out my gutters and downspouts once every year, which he does for a very reasonable price. On the few occasions that he has told me minor repairs were needed, I have felt confident I could trust what he said. Plus, he is such a genuinely nice man that it is a pleasure to do business with him.

I had Mr. Krilis come out and give me an estimate on both cleaning my gutters as well as replacement of my gutter guards. He spent well over an hour explaining to me what the difference types of gutter guards were and why some worked better than others. He then told me that they would delay my cleanings but not stop them. He took some measurements and told us that he would send us a quote. It was less than 24 hours later that we received an emailed quote which I like because I enjoy having the numbers written down before me. We elected to go with just the cleaning for now. He followed up after the cleaning with a few issues he saw and I asked him for a quote for those. He promptly gave us a quote for the additional work. Talking with Mr. Krilis was very enlightening. He seems to be the type of person who will not try and upsell or do any additional work. He is happy to discuss his business which he seems passionate about but feels that by doing a great job at what he does that he won't need to use any unsavory tactics that business will come to him. He is quite right. I don't know that I'd use anybody else for my gutter needs.

My gutters were blocked in October and I called Mr. Krilis who explained that if he came right away I would need to call him again. As he said he would, he called to set up an appointment and came in December. He was almost double the cost of others who advertise gutter cleaning. However, I had already paid to have my gutters cleaned and the work was unsuccessful. George Krilis succeeded in clearing out my downspouts and explained why many gutter replacements do not work. So I am a very satisfied customer. The truly expensive solution is to pay less at first and then have to pay again later.

George was immediately responsive to my call. He came out to my house to look at my gutters and give me an estimate. I walked the house with him and he pointed out repairs that needed to be done and also repairs that he said I could wait on. He was very honest and forthright about every detail. When I inquired about possibly putting in some type of gutter cap in the future he talked through all of the different options with me and even had samples of several types in his car. He told me which ones were not worth the expense and the problems that he has found with them over the years from his own experience with repairing them. At no time was he trying to sell me anything extra?.. in fact, I truly felt that he was educating me on the options and trying to protect any investment I may make in them down the road. His schedule was backed up a bit?. but when you have the right contractor doing the job, you don't mind waiting. He even took down my window wreaths that were on then second story windows for me and would not allow me to pay him extra for helping me. Two years ago I had gotten another gutter cleaning company from Angie's list that was highly rated. I never met the owners or managers in charge, they never came to look at my gutters. They gave me a price over the phone when I told them the square footage in the house. Unfortunately, they were halfway into the job when I was told that they would need to charge me "extra" because of the size of my home. After meeting George and experiencing his level of workmanship and care in doing the job, I will never have another company handle my repairs or cleaning of my gutters.

George was a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. Extremely professional, great work product. I'd definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

We called Mr Krilis and asked for a quote, but we didn't get around to actually following up until a year later. He very kindly came back and requoted. The price was similar to the quote from a year earlier, so we decided to go ahead. Mr. Krilis and his team came by and did all the work in one day. It was a very professional job and we were happy with the results. Whilst he was here, he secured one of our shutters at no additional cost. We found him very honest and trustworthy in his assessment and he was willing to work within our budget. Overall, a very good experience.

George is very responsive and is on site to oversee the work. He crew performs the work quickly, but does not cut corners. Would highly recommend.

He is wonderful. He is old school. He comes out personally and does the survey. He's very honest. I called around for other estimates and got like $5,000.00 for the same job. He was very upfront. He didn't try and sell us things. He actually comes out with his crew and he's there on site while the gutters are being replaced because he's very much into the fact that it's his reputation that's on the line and if there's a problem, he's the one who's going to have the problem to deal with so he's out there. He's very good. He's very easy to work with. He called me at work when there was a problem. He's very conscientious about what's going on around the house. They cleaned up. I never found any screws or nails or debris or anything in the bushes or any place. He's excellent. I highly recommend him. He's so good. It takes about a month or so depending on the weather for him to come out but he does have a lot of clientele. He deserves an A plus plus.

George Krilis is a gentleman and a professional. A couple of years ago, he did a great job installing gutter guards for us, and when we needed new downspouts, he was the person we called. Our house is tall, and he installed three new downspouts -- and made sure that they would carry water away from the house. And he did us a big favor by squeezing us in at a time when he was very busy, and was having truck problems too. He's friendly and pleasant to deal with too, and we've found his prices to be fair. I have nothing but praise -- he's a pro.

After inspection, he was not happy with the gutter guards, and he went ahead and reimbursed me. I was very satisfied with his honesty.

George Krillis Company is absolutely outstanding. I can't say enough about the professionalism and honesty of this company. The crew arrived early and were meticulous in doing all work. Even when I suggested extra work that I thought might be necessary, Mr. Krilis advised me of the best path to take at a reasonable rate, even if it meant that he would not make as much profit. He is absolutely honest. Of the three bids that I had for the job, Mr. Kriilis' estimate was the most reasonable, and he did a remarkable job. Of all the work that I have had on my house within the last ten years, I would say that George Krilis Company would be at the top for professionalism, promptness, honesty, price and satisfaction.
