Called to set up estimate for repair and when I described the situation, the gentleman on the phone explained how to tell if more than caulking was needed and how to caulk if not damaged. Saved me hundreds of potentially unnecessary repair costs.

George was a genuine pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, thoughtful, and easy to work with. He really knows the gutter business. Prices for his work were also very reasonable. Most importantly, he quickly determined the nature of my water flow problem, which caused flooding into part of my basement. While other contractors proposed expensive french drains and other elaborate remedies, George suggested a redirection of the flow of rain off the roof. He added a new downspout, plugged another incorrect downspout placement, realigned gutter flow and cleaned the other gutters. It was all completed as scheduled and as promised. Highly recommend his company.

I called George and reached him on the first try. He was able to come the next day due to a cancellation. He was polite, professional, and punctual. He pointed out areas in need of repair, but was not overly pushy. The gutters were cleaned well and his crew bagged up the leaves and left them on the curb. I would use him again.

The bottom sections of two old leaking gutter downspouts were removed and replaced with new sections. Sections were sealed with gutter sealer. One downspout was secured to a brick wall. Debris was cleaned up and removed from site.

First of all, he answered his phone immediately and came over the same evening as I was confused and panicky. A friend had noticed the gutters hanging down the day before. Mr. Krilis looked at the gutters and fixed a broken one by the driveway which would have caused dampness and ice under the car if it was cold. Later when he did the full job, he put a cap on it so it didn't look so sharp. That same evening he explained things to me clearly on what was needed. At the scheduled appointment he was ON TIME with his workers and they reattached and cleaned all the gutters which hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. He did a sturdy and efficient job in a couple of hours. Worked straight until the job was finished. Then he came in and explained a little more so we would understand. I totally appreciate this as one wants to know what's going on in any house improvement project. He did an excellent job and is a polite nice person also. And bonus: he will call me after the fall to clean the leaves. He put me on his "list". Great to do business with this gentleman. Refreshing indeed.

He did a great job and we would recommend him. He came during the week no one was home and it was nice he was able to complete the work without us having to be there.

In short, everything was excellent. Mr. Krilis responed to my call and arranged to come for a free estimate within a few days. On that day I told him what work I wanted and Mr. Krilis suggested an altenative solution that was much more visually appealing and yet was simple and economical. Also, Mr. Krilis is a polite and friendly gentleman who was a delight to meet. The cost estimate was received by email within 2 days and was very fair and reasonable. I signed up immediatelly. Mr. Krilis and crew arrived promptly on the scheduled work day and proceeded to complete the work in a prompt and professional manner. The quality of work is exceptional, iIt was a pleasure to do business with Mr. Krilis, and I give him my strongest recommendation for anyone needing gutter work.

Contacted George to request a free estimate on replacing fascia board since the board was pulling away from the roof creating the gutter to "droop" and creating a waterfall during heavy rain. George came out to provide me an estimate within 2 days after our first phone conversation. His quote was very competitive as others were double for the same scope of work. I accepted the contract with George and was told that he is currently about 3 weeks out due to other jobs. The service date will vary dependent on weather which is understandable. We had quit a lot of rain for May so from the date of accepting the contract to when the work was performed, it was about 5 weeks. George contacted me a day before the work would be performed. I was not home during the work so I cannot comment on any details regarding their work ethic or how long it took. Once I got home, I saw the gutters had been realigned and not drooping anymore and the work area was cleaned as if nothing had happened. I would use them again in the future if this type of work is required and won't hesitate on recommanding them to friends or family.

It went great! I contacted Mr. Krilis, who immediately scheduled me for a gutter and downspout cleaning. He called the day before the cleaning, to advise me of the date/time he would arrive. He arrived promptly on the scheduled day/time, and thoroughly cleaned the gutters and downspouts. I was amazed at how much debris was in the gutters; he advised that it's very important to clean them regularly, since backed up gutters can lead to structure damage. I used Mr. Krilis' company last year also, and will not hesitate to use them again.

George Krilis was very prompt and punctual in his assessment visit and quote. I communicated my acceptance of his quote. We scheduled the work date. I could not be at home that day but George completed the work before a rain storm that afternoon. All the work looks great and it is holding against the birds. I highly recommend George Krilis for any exterior home maintenance and repair needed.

Great. Weather caused delays (I couldn't clean and prep the gutters b/c they were frozen) but George was very patient. We remained in contact for weeks while we waited for the weather to cooperate. It all started with a consultation. I was ready to put in all new gutters with guards and all the bells and whistles but George recommended a simple realignment and investment in a 16ft. ladder. When the times does come to replace the gutters, I will contact George. He is very professional, skilled, and just a nice guy.

The entire process went very well. This is the second time George Krilis has done work at my house, and I will gladly call him again. George and his assistant arrived right on time, and the work was done in about two hours. We haven't had a significant rain since the work was done, but if any issues arise (I'm not expecting any), I'll update this report.

When my husband called for a quote, George was able to go out and take a look within a day. His quote beat two other companies by a substantial margin, and so we decided to go with him. Scheduling was a bit tricky, since George couldn't tell us more than that it would be approximately several weeks out. And he didn't give us advance warning the night before - he just showed up one day and performed the agreed upon work. But the work seems to have been done well, and we have no complaints.

George and his crew were wonderful. He fixed a couple of issues we were having with water running down windows, the side of the house and over the gutters. He is very knowledgable about gutters and their installation. We would highly recommend him for anyone looking for gutter advice, repair or replacement.

From my first call to George to set up an appointment, I was impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness, and clarity. He laid out exactly what he would do, for how much, and when he could fit me into his schedule. Because gutter work requires decent weather, he gave me a window of days when he might come to the work, called me the day before he planned to come (less than a week after my original call), and said I didn't need to be home. He was terrific, in fact I will remember him when I need him for my real estate business. He was very friendly and professional and not pushy, he also had samples and was very informative and knowledgeable of his work. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. George is very knowledgeable, prompt, tidy, efficient, personable. His crew did an excellent job too. It was great to have George right on site while the work was done. Work was originally done over the summer and George came back when we noticed two leaky ends. Situation: After purchasing a new home, we noticed water running straight down the side of the back of the house in two spots, and slightly over the gutter in two portion of the front house. We have a shaker roof with high angles causing fast running water off the roof during high rains. Scheduling: Easy and prompt. Evaluation. George came out personally to evaluate the problem. The immediate issue was that water was running in between two portions of the roof, which were at different levels. He recommended a water displacer to push the water to the gutter. Long term, he also suggested larger gutters and downspouts. He expertly explained all of his recommendations, but was not pushy at all. In fact, he was supportive of installing the water displacer and then monitoring the situation vice rushing to all new gutters. Installation: Quick and professional. Price: Lowest price of three top Angie list gutter installers. Summary: George is an expert in his field, but more importantly, he's a guy you can trust. He will not try to sell you something you do not need and will go out of his way to find the right solution instead of the one that makes him the most money - RARE. George has high marks on Angie's list for good reason, and I highly recommend him.

I join Angie's list. I seek a service, I select the service. I get an e-mail with the service provider's number and instructions to leave mine. I call, get a machine, leave my number. I call in the evening and no answer. I wait 23 more hours, 29hrs from first contact...nothing. F for the Service and for the time being F for Angie's list. I got this kind of response w/out paying $10 for a Angie's list.
