We have over 20 years experience in exterior maintenance services such as complete gutter services, exterior painting and seal coating, wood soffit and fascia repairs, roof repairs and power washing. The owner, George, is personally involved with every job to ensure customer satisfaction. We will give you sound, expert advice on what needs to be done to correct the problem. We will only use the best material available on the market today.

Description of Work: George Krillis Company replaced the gutters on our house, replaced areas of dry rot, made additional wood repairs as necessary and painted shutters, downspouts and wood soffits. George and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish, kept a clean and tidy work site and were terrifically accommodating. They worked quickly and efficiently and were delightful to chat with as well. Great price and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: George was very professional, he inspected the house and provided a reasonable estimate. He described the process by which he would go about to complete the job clearly. He used ladders with supports and did not rest the ladders on the gutter, which was a great relief. He collected all the leaves and debris into a trash bag and kept the surrounding ground area clean.

I was trying to compare the prices with the prices of the gutter cleaning company I was using earlier. The prices matched. I thought the price was fair. I did not use him because the price was comparable to the price of the company I was using. He was prompt, polite and professional. He came out, gave me a quote and called me. He was good at all the things he did.

George was very pleasant to work with over the phone and was honest in telling me that the job would be done sometime within the week, but he couldn't promise which day because of the weather. His crew showed up and cleaned our gutters, leaving the debris in a lawn bag for us to examine or put out with the lawn pickup.

George and his crew were polite, on time and did a fantastic job, at a reasonable price. George also had several good ideas on how to solve the water flow problem we were experiencing. George also took the time to answer the many questions that were asked about the job.

Great! He came immediately after I called and diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot.
Description of Work: Mr. Krilis has been cleaning and maintaining my gutters for the past 7-9 years. Last summer he replaced old gutters and painted the exterior of the house. He just came recently and repaired a joint on the new gutters which had a tiny leak. He went over and above in fixing the problem.

It went great. He came to our house back in March and gave us an estimate and then we were waiting to get other work done. He was very patient and when we finally had him out to do the work everything went 1,2,3. It was nonstop, he was in and out in 3 days. He replaced all of our gutters, painted our house and our doors. Nice to work with and very flexible. He did a very good job.
