Exceptional. Mr. Krillis is prompt, exceptionally courteous and very responsive. He can be reached by phone directly and obviously prides himself on being accessible and on doing a wonderful job. He gave an accurate estimate of his initial inspection and cleaning and did some simple repairs without charging extra. There were several areas where the gutter downspout and elbow joints needed replacement and he gave a straight forward estimate, showed up on time and completed the work without a hitch. I cannot speak more highly of Mr. Krillis and his crew. He runs a small shop but excels at customer service. We will continue to use him every year.

George had assured me earlier on the phone that I did not need to be home for the work to be done, and that he would attend to the job when his schedule made it possible. The actual work was done about a week after I contacted him about it. I was at home when the work was done, and George and his assistant performed the work within an hour. He knocked on the door afterwards to let me know the work was done, and I reviewed it to my satisfaction. I already had a high level of trust because of the excellent work his crew had done cleaning my gutters earlier in the month.

The gutters and downspouts are clean and functioning again. We just had a pretty hard rainstorm and there was no overflow or backup in the gutters, which we had previously experienced on a regular basis even after cleanings from other companies. The first thing I noticed was the size of the refuse bag they left (for trash/yard waste pickup). It was substantially fuller than any bag left by any other company we've used. The inference for me was that these guys did a more thorough job than anyone has ever done. The only "glitch" was that it took two weeks from when I called until they came out to do the job, which is why the "B" in punctuality as the expectation had been set that they would be out the following week from when I called rather than 2 weeks later. On the other hand, the company honored a coupon for the job even though the coupon itself was supposed to have been for gutter installation and mistakenly did not exclude cleaning from the discounted services. For that alone, the company deserves recognition in an age when "the right thing" does not often precede raw profits. We will definitely use the company again, the job they did is far and away the best gutter cleaning we gotten in the more than a decade we've lived here. We highly recommend this company.

I called George the morning of 7/13/2010 and he told me he was available to come out the same day. He and his crew were there that afternoon. They cleaned the gutters quickly and efficiently and cleaned up everything after they were done. George also took measurements and provided an estimate for gutter guards within 24 hours. I would definitely use George again for gutter cleaning.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Can't recommend enough!

I called George and he said he was in the area today and would come by if it did not rain. He quoted me $115 which was reasonable. He came by a couple of hours later with a couple of his guys and they started cleaning right away. I talked to George for a while because I also needed some soffit work done. He was going to send me a quote for the soffit repairs and deck staining. Overall I would highly recommend George and his team.

They had done a very nice job, and had cleaned after themselves. I was not involved with this at all, I just remember my wife was very happy with them.

I could get in touch with them very easily. I called them up and they were here within a couple of days. They were perfectly reasonably priced too. My experience with them was good.

Mr Krilis did an excellent job. The entire project was completed in about six hours, and all debris (along with the old gutters) was removed from the yard. His price was very reasonable (less than one-half of what the nearest competitor offerred). He also did not conduct any hard-sell tactics (for example, insisting that the drainpipes should be replaced). We feel that we got a very good product and service for our money.

Called Mr. Krilis, he called back the same day. Two days later he came out and gave me an estimate. Due to rain it was several weeks before the work was done. He arrived with his two helpers and stayed here during the whole job working along side them. He did find damage that was done by the improper installation of covers on the front of the house and had to have metal flashing made and them he attached them to the house. This all took one day. He does excellent work. We had to leave early for the hockey game, but when we returned the job was done and no debris was left behind.

He was prompt, gave accurate estimate, and outstanding service.

Overall it was good, but I had to be around to make sure they didn't destroy things like my plants and gutters. I also had to make sure they used enough caulking. They just had to be managed and I couldn't leave them alone. Their product wasn't bad though.

Our gutters absolutely SPARKLE, thanks to George and his 2-person crew! They not only cleaned out all the leaves and debris by hand, they also -- at our request -- flushed all the gutters and downspouts with water using their own hoses to remove any remaining debris. We've never had our gutters this clean by any service (and we've used a number of other companies that didn't do half as good a job, so we know excellent service when we see it). George is the epitome of professionalism, too. When we called to make our initial appointment, George answered the phone himself, gave us an estimate based on our description of the work to be done and an approximate date for our job (weather permitting). He and his crew called us the day before they were due to arrive to say they could do our cleaning that day, were at our home exactly when they said they would be, and charged us the originally estimated price. Although George later admitted he under-priced our job (we're a new customer), he was professional enough to hold to his original lower estimate. We'll be paying a slightly higher price when our gutters are cleaned again in the fall, but it'll be well worth it. How rare to have a service provider deliver what they promise and be truly professional in the process! I can't recommend George and his company highly enough.

I was very pleased at how fast Mr. Krilis came out for the estimate during this busy season.

This company was extremely available by phone throughout the estimate, performance, and wrap-up phases of the project. The business owner works side-by-side with his employees; extremely friendly and responsible. Main front gutter was replaced and other gutters re-attached and reinforced. Customer satisfaction is clearly a top prioity for them.

Great experience! When we had our siding redone, we were lucky to find a small company with a hands on owner who took pride in his work and wanted to ensure you were satisfied with the results. We found the same in George Krilis! He was fair and honest throughout the sales process, gave us the best price of all the quotes we got and the best part... he was on the ladders with his crew installing the gutters and they did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend George Krilis.

I was considering a big gutter upgrade. George did a personal visit & took over an hour explaining the options, in the end it was just too much to spend for us at the time. I hired George to clean them instead. His crew did a fantastic job & elected to do some minor repairs (tightening up loose gutters at no extra charge). I believe the extra work he did likely saved us from a major gutter problem after the Snowmageddon & related ice jam prob that took out many of my neighbors' gutters. He is pleasant, professional & has my undying loyalty.

It went great. I called George and he came out the same day to take a look. He gave us a reasonable estimate and got the work done quickly. He is wonderful to work with and his work is excellent.

I selected George Krilis after getting three estimates. His price was good and he was friendly and professional. He is not always good about returning calls, but if you catch him on the phone is knowledgeable. The work is now completed and everything looks good.

It was right after a storm and there was a lot of demand so he said it may take a while. He was going to start it this week and I called him today and he said he would start next Wednesday. If he doesnt start on Wednesday then I'll be concerned. I liked him, otherwise I wouldn't have chose him. I was supposed to get another estimate but I liked George's price so I cancelled the bid. The only question I have right now is getting the work done, I called him - he didn't call me.

I received a call a few days afterwards and was quoted a price over the phone. I requested a quote in writing (via email) and never received anything. I emailed the company several more times with no response. For what it's worth, this was after the back-to-back blizzards we had in our area, I know they were probably overloaded with work, but that's no excuse for poor follow-up and non-responsiveness.

Mr. Krillis responded immediately to my email query and came by my house to give me an estimate on a Sunday afternoon! He presented various options for me to choose from and gave his professional take on each of them. He mailed his estimates and references and after I've checked with them (all were very happy with his services), we agreed for him to do my gutter replacements. I did not need to be at home when he did the work, and when I got home, I was happy to notice that the surrounding areas were clean. I like this... it shows that the company is very professional in the way they do their job. I am very happy that I had George Krillis Company replaced my gutters.

He was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. He was also quite responsive. However, I am not planning to get the work done anytime soon. I?d use him in the future.

George was very responsive and personable. He provided an estimate promptly and when the weather permitted made an appointment to do the work. He arrived as scheduled. Though he was unable to complete the work in one day he returned within a week, weather permitting, to complete the job. Prior to leaving he explained basically what he did and how the gutter covers work and maintenance.

They did a good job. They gave me a quote over the phone. They came the next business day, completed the work, and left me a bill. I was not here. It was very quick and efficient. I would use them again. I didn?t really get other quotes, but their price sounded reasonable. I emailed him, but it took him several days to get back to my email so it may have been better to call.
