He called before coming even though I had indicated that we probably would not be home. He was willing to perform the services and leave a bill in the door which wasn't necessary since I did end up being there. He was prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend him.

I recently purchased a new home and during a recent rain storm I noticed that the rain was running over the top of the gutters. I immediately logged into Angie's List to identify a local contractor and made a few calls. I was heading out on vacation in a matter of days and was concerned that the work be completed prior to my departure. This contractor was extremely highly rated and was able to come out quickly -- within 2 days -- to get the job done. Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner and I thought the price was more than reasonable.

During the recent wind storms we have had, a section of my gutter blew off my house, and I also needed some repairs to other sections of my gutters from snow storm damage. At George's recommendation, I also had him nstall larger 6" gutters to the overhang over my front door, b/c it was overflowing every time we had heavy rain. George went out of his way to come personally to my home on a Saturday afternoon, and sent me a contract estimate immediately. His price was very reasonable and work was scheduled and completely promptly and I've been very satisfied with the repairs, especially given the recent severe rain we've had! I highly recommend George Krilis.

Well, from what I can see, there's only one section of the roof gutters that we can see from an upstairs window. Mr. Krilis is a very nice man by phone and I appreciate his being willing to do the job while I was gone,leaving the bill in my door. I will use him again. Update: I just wanted to explain why I gave a B for some areas . He did tell me Monday that they would have the job done by end of week, but by 2pm on Friday with a bad rain coming, I did get worried as I had not heard from them. Also there are times people go to my neighbors by mistake and I feared that had happened . I called Mr Krillis and he told me he hadn't forgotten and would be here soon. He was. But I had to leave. Anyway, I just wish I had gotten a call maybe Friday morning saying this, so I wasn't anxious . Around here, there are some people that never show, He is not one of them, but you do get apprehensive and this is my first time knowing him. As for the B price, this is because I have had three years having them cleaned for under $100 BUT I think he does a better job and has insurance etc. So this is fair. Excellent. Did a great job. They were timely, professional and in and out. The owner was on site and took a proactive approach to the task at hand.

Contacted Mr. Krilis the day before a storm because of a gutter that had just come loose. He came out after his last appt and fixed the problem and left me a bill. He also fixed loosening nails on another section of gutter. I was not able to be home and he performed the work anyway. He was excellent, went above and beyond on such short notice. Work was done well, no debris left. I am very pleased with Mr. Krilis. He was extremely pleasant to do business with and very much the professional!

I called 3 people for estimates on this job and Mr. Krilis was the only one that bothered to come out to actually look at the job in order to give me a fair estimate based on what needed to be done (the other two ballparked it over the phone). I didn't have to miss work for the estimate or the actual work (which is golden in my book). First, Mr. Kirilis did a great job of keeping in touch with me regarding scheduling - he was backed up due to lousy December weather and I had stubborn slow melting snow on my lower roof where his ladder needed to go. Once the planets aligned, he showed up when he said he would, replaced the soffit, painted it to match and re-hung the gutter. He left a bill in my door, a magnet for my fridge and a calendar for my wall. I would and will hire him again for any future gutter work I need done. He is fair, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

I called and he said he would go and do an estimate which he did that day. He left his card in my front door. I got professional estimate mailed a few days later. Thought it was a great price for the amount of worked involved. I called him and he was able to do the work a few days later. He removed the gutter guards and was surprised to find another set of gutter guards. I had massive amounts of dirt, leaves and debris in the gutters which were completely clogged. The removal of the second set of GG's was not included in the estimate but George didn't charge me any more money. He came back twice to help me with something I thought was a problem - turns out I'm just a little crazy and what I thought was a problem is just the way my house is built. He was very nice about it though. Very nice man, found him trustworthy. Will absolutely use his services in the future! Oh and with my invoice I received sleek, metal whistle keychain. (since others mentioned...)

I called to get the gutters cleaned and to see if our gutters needed any repairs. Mr. Krilis suggested that I wait until after Thanksgiving, when all the leaves had fallen. I agreed, and he called that week to set up a time. Even though we'd never met, he agreed to clean them when I wasn't home, leaving me a bill and his suggestions for repair. We haven't gotten to repairs yet, but I was impressed with his professionalism and reliability, and look forward to using his services in the future.

I really liked him, and I will most likely use him again in the spring. He came out to give an estimate, and he said it would be about 13 days before he could start the work. He showed me 3 different gutter covers and told me the pros and cons of each, which I really liked. I felt he was honest, and I received a fair price.

I contacted George by email through the Angie's List website. George responded a day later with a phone call to assess my needs. We discussed a few items, including my interest in gutter covers and some additional work and then scheduled a day/time for George to visit to examine the property and provide an estimate. George arrived while I was away, but spoke with my wife and began to take measurement, at which point I arrived. George provided feedback on what he thinks would be required and said he'd get back to us with an estiamte. The next morning I received teh estimate by email and agreed to the terms and price. We decided on a timeframe for when the work was to be done but was able to complete it earlier than promised, with our approval. Throughout the process George was extremely professional. He stated what he would do, when he would do it, and then did it. He did not attempt to upsell, and actually suggested we not do certain things which he felt was unnecessary and explained why. The A rating he has is well deserved.

Wow! Best price by far and outstanding service. Other companies charged a minimum, which artificially boosted the price of our small job. George called the day before the job was scheduled and told me he'd show up first thing in the morning, which happened to be a holiday: Columbus Day. When I returned to the house at 10 a.m. on the scheduled day he and his men had already finished the job and hauled away the old gutter. He left an envelope with the invoice and a nifty miniature screwdriver with his company info. Much better than another pen. It felt like finding a mint on my pillow. Even for small jobs like ours, George makes you feel like a king. First rate all the way!

estimate provided timely. Because of storms in area, Mr. Krilis was busy with other jobs, so it took a few weeks to get to my work. He and two men showed up on time, completed work as agreed, and they cleaned up thoroughly after. I was at home to check on progress. All were very polite and professional.

It went well. They were responsive and timely. Gutters drain well and the price was exceptional.

I could not have asked for better. George and his crew were timely, and the quality of their work was excellent. George is very professional and after he assessed the work to be done, his follow up with a written estimate along with reference letters sealed the deal - I was impressed.

George and his crew were more than punctual; they actually were able to show up earlier than we had originally discussed. They spent a couple of hours cleaning all the gunk out of the gutters and clearing branches off the roof. George also gave me his opinion that a new roof will probably be needed in a couple of years--not good news, but I appreciate the warning anyway.

We received three estimates; Mr. Krilis was under the other two by more than $1100. Because of his ratings on Angie's List we decided to go with him. He came out to our house to look at the gutters the day after I called and sent an estimate in the mail the next day. He was very busy at the time--it was after the big storms--- and was honest about how long it would take to get to our job (2-4 weeks after acceptance of contract). Since it wasn't a problem we accepted the contract. He came out 3 weeks later, calling the day before to let us know he would be on the property. When I came home from work our new gutters, downspouts and soffits were in place; it was hard to tell they'd even been there. All in all a great experience. I would hire him again and plan to do so! Mr. Krilis and his team are true professionals.

George provided me an estimate over the phone with an agreement that he'd call me at work if he arrived on site and the job was more difficult than expected. Sure enough, he quickly realized the cleaning would be more difficult than estimated; however, instead of calling and increasing the price, he completed the job professionally and as quoted. He collected the debris as he worked and left me the plastic bag as evidence of what he had cleared from the gutters. On-time, efficient and courteous would be a good way to sum it up.

What a class act!!!!! George came out to our home for a free estimate, and offered to schedule right away. He came with his crew and did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. He is a "pay it forward" kind of guy. I felt his integrity was apparent as he stood behind his work and his word. I can't express enough what a great company. Need gutter work? Seriously look no further!

From the first time that George came out to our house to give us an assessment, he was patient, thorough, and extremely honest. He didn't try to upsell us on anything, instead, he tried to help us find the best gutters for our home at the most reasonable price. He took his time and was careful to explain his assessments and recommendations to us. Each time we needed to call him between his initial assessment and the completion of work, he was immediately responsive. It was obvious to us that he takes great care and concern to ensure high quality work. We would highly recommend him and we've already signed up to be on his future gutter cleaning schedule.

George took his time explaining the process of the work to be done and everything was completed exactly as stated on the written estimate, including removing the existing gutters carefully as they were to be reused with the new fascia. During the course of the work his crew discovered an excessive amount of wasps in the old fascia board and they took care of treating the area to eradicate the problem insects. George is very honest and cares about his work and his clients. I would recommend him without hesitation.
