Overall, my interaction with Mr Krilis went very smoothly and efficiently. He contact me by phone, emailed me the estimate, came to the job as promised and delivered as promised. Very true to his word and good quality work was performed.

The Best!! I will never use anyone else. George came to give an estimate the day after I called him. His estimate was more than fair. He and his crew came less than a week later and did the job with no fuss and no hassle. They put all the debris into trash bags that they left by the garage. In addition, they made a repair on an issue I had mentioned in passing -- just out of kindness and at no extra charge. Great job and a great price -- plus, George is just a really, really nice guy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thank you, George!!

I contacted three places for gutter repair by email - all from Angie's List. Mr. Krillis called me back and we spoke about my situation and he agreed to take a look. I asked him to put together two separate estimates (my neighbor had received an estimate and I wanted to see which was better). Mr. Krillis went out and checked out the work either the same day or the next day. Then there was a little delay because his estimate email went into my husband's spam folder and we thought he hadn't gotten back to us. I was surprised that he didn't contact us since he was so helpful and quick to respond in the first place. I emailed him and we discovered that the problem was the spam filter. So Mr. Krillis came out with some other folks and were able to change the gutter on the garage and reattach the gutter to the back of the house. It came in a little less than we expected (even without the Angie's List discount) and we are VERY pleased with the work. I will recommend him to neighbors and if/when we need additional work done I will certainly get back in touch with him.

Based on the very positive reviews here in Angie's List, I called George in July to ask him to come by and give me an estimate on fixing/replacing a damaged downspout and a way to get the water on one portion of my roof to drain into the gutters instead of down the side of the house. He was very busy when I first called, and I told him that my request was not urgent. I expected to hear back from him in two weeks, but after six weeks I emailed him. He apologized for the delay and immediately setup an appointment to examine the problems. He was very polite and professional and definitely inspired trust. His price seemed reasonable, so I asked him to go ahead with the work. He and his team did the work two days later. I wasn't home at the time, so he left the invoice in the front door. I was very pleased with the work and will not hesitate to use his services again.

Worked was scheduled a 4-6 weeks out, and we were called the night before he intended to show up. He showed up after we left for work, and was finished before we got home. All work agreed upon was complete and looked good. George was very responsive to phone calls (strongly recommened phone over email for initial contact). Cleanup was very good. The 10 year warrenty was nice to have. Overall we were very satisfied.

Very impressed. Did a great job installing the gutter and downspout. Came right before Hurricane Irene hit and that was much appreciated. Would recommend and use again.

Total job was a quality performance. Siding was removed and replaced in oder to properly install new gable vents as it also was with work done on the crawlspace. All work was done quickly in a professional manner. George had to wait for the new gable vents to be fabricated in order to complete that portion of the job. I would not hesitate to call George for any type of exterior repair. In fact, I expect to have him install some new gutters..

They did a great job. They were supposed to call the day before the cleaning would occur but did not. (I had wanted to tell them to remove the gutter guards.)

Everything went fine. He looked at the job, he understood the job, he gave a quote (always ask for a QUOTE, not an estimate), I accepted the quote, he did the job, and I paid him. Everything went just fine.

It went great. We talked very early in the morning. George said he was very busy and it may take up five days to perform the service due to all the rain. I was in a panic because my windows just started leaking.I was going out of town for three weeks. I was told the leaking may go away if I cleaned the gutters. He said if the rain holds off he would try to come earlier. Around 4:00 PM the next day he called me. Thankfully the rain stopped. He was able to perform the service. He was honest, professional, efficient. I will definitely use his service again and again and again.

Provided estimate when he said he would (late on a Friday). Recommended less extensive work than I had expected to have done. Performed the work days earlier than I anticipated and completed it same day. Seems like high-quality work. Delivered on-budget and before estimated time. Mr. Krilis is an old-world gentleman who takes pride in his work and stands by his word.

Contacted by email. Set up job date with George. He is very personable and jovial. His two helpers did the cleaning by ladder in the front two story height. Cleaned rear gutters (three stories) via roof (I guess). Didn't see them up there or hear them. George replaced, for me, a shingle that had blown off. Suspect he included that in the price, which was at the high end of his estimate. He left me a plastic bag with the debris from the cleaning, to show me what had accumulated in the gutters. I have no reason to believe the job was not done properly but I can't see the gutter interior from the ground. The next few rains should confirm the adequacy of the job.

Sent George email and he called the same day and set up a time for the next week; however, he had an opening and came this week. He was very informative as to what he had to do. George was a very pleasant person and gave me some good informative info. I would call George again and recommend him to friends and neighbors.

George was the second gutter repari/replacement estimate I received. I was not able to meet with him during the estimate but shortly after received a detailed proposal via email. What I really appreciated about George was he focused on what I had requested. The other estimator made suggestions on repairs or replacement of downspouts and other work that was not at issue. Plus the work estimate for the first was almost 3x higher, not including the "extras" recommended. George himself, with his team, arrived during the time frame on the day they indicated the work would be done. I was home at the time, and the work was done efficiently, all debris removed and the new gutters matched seamlessing with the existing color. It has now been several weeks and storms and the gutters are doing fine. I couldn't be happier with the workmanship and the resulting gutters.

Because of all the rain in April it took a couple of weeks before the Krilis crew could actually head to our house, but when they did, they were fast, efficient, and did great work. Mr. Krilis was on site with his workers and made all of the repairs suggested by our home inspector, and then showed us (using a bucket of water, no less, to demonstrate where rainwater was actually falling and pooling) why a couple of additional repairs might be necessary. We agreed on the spot. All in all it was a great experience and we'll be using his company again for cleaning and repair.

Did a nice job--watched the flowers in the garden and bushes in the garden, cleaned the porch skylights and cleaned up some droppings on the deck. Repaired some minor gutter damage. Pointed out some problems with the roof. Will use again for sure.

I needed several items worked on related to the gutters and siding. I turned to Angie's List and searched for someone local and who had significant recent and good write ups. George's company caught my eye and I contacted them by email. George responded within 24 hours and then came out himself within two days. He is very pleasant and I enjoyed talking to him. He followed up with a detailed, written estimate and told me that he had a week and a half backlog, which was fine with me. Right on schedule, he accomplished the work, all in one visit. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend him to my neighbors.

Based on a search at Angie's List, found George had good reviews/grades and was relatively close to our location. Sent him an email and he responded within a couple of days. We had gutters that needed either repair or replacement. Based on this information, George was able to come out that week to assess the property. He called and then followed up with two options - one to reuse the existing gutters and clean and repair what was possible and another to completely replace the gutters with matching gutters and gutter screens. We were very pleased that he did not pressure us to go with the replacement option. We checked others sources and ended up going with him and the replacement option. He was not able to give us a completely firm date, but took only several weeks before we got an email that he would be out on the following Monday. I was not home during work, it was done in less than a day and did match the previous color (without the stains). We did a visual check - everything looked good and the gutter screens were in place. He was fine with us sending the check in the mail that day. I did want to wait to provide a report until after the gutters had been put to the test - they have done what we have wanted even through some heavy rains. So - we have been very happy. Our plan is to rely on George for future cleaning.

Excellent service. George responded quickly and gave me a detailed proposal. Once I accepted the proposal, he completed the work within one week. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. I couldn't recommend this company more!

George personally was present for all work and was effective at examining and explaining the current state of our gutter system which had not been looked at for nearly a decade. It had accumulated a lot of grit from the shingles while leaves had only recently become and issue causing overflow in recent heavy rains. The height of our townhouse makes it impossible for me to service the gutters ourselves. I was present and observed the whole process. As the gutters were cleaned, it was clear that minor repairs were needed; these were handled the following week.

I contacted Mr. Krilis' company after reading several positive reviews on Angie's List, and I'm pleased to say that my experience mirrored that of his other satisfied customers. Mr. Krilis returned my email inquiry within 24 hours, and was available on a Saturday to stop by my house for an estimate. Mr. Krilis is very punctual and arrived on schedule. He took the time to listen to my questions and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of different types of gutter covers, gutter and downspout size and construction. He also suggested remedies for two recurring problems with water runoff and erosion along the side of the house and across the backyard. Within 24 hours I was emailed a work proposal/cost estimate that included, at my request, price options for two gutter sizes. I selected the 5" gutter option and returned the work proposal to Mr. Krilis, who promptly replied with a confirmation. Although bad weather delayed installation a few days, once Mr. Krilis team began work they were able to complete the project in a single day. If you need gutter repair or replacement work done consider the George Krilis Company.

He was wonderful. I think the price was reasonable. I thought he came up with very good suggestions for some other issues that I may attend to down the road. He just came in and did what I asked him to do. He gave me recommendations and there was no pressure. I felt very good and his prices were reasonable. I would use him again and I would recommend them. I thought they were very professional and I was very happy. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

He was terrific. All the ratings stated that he was on time, he was communicative, he was priced fairly and he does everything perfectly. The workers were terrific too. They were fine and the billing was good. Everything was as stated and they were always on time. They cleaned up everything that they did. I would use them again in the future.
