Company installed gutter guards on property. Well priced, good work, haven't had a problem with my gutters since!

Mr Krilis was prompt and courteous when he came to give me his estimate and very pleasant to talk with. The work was done within a few weeks of the estimate to my complete satisfaction. Areas where water had caused wood to rot were repaired and, with his experience with gutters, Mr Krilis was able to devise a plan to divert the water to avoid future rot. I appreciated his expertise.

It went very well. He is very conscientious and knowledgeable. He did a great job. He diagnosed tehe problem very well and knew what had to be done to fix it. He is very professional. He emailed a proposal and a contract to me. He was on time. I might use him in the future. However, I feel he was a little pricey but the work was great.

We had squirrels in our attic and discovered that the fascia boards on our house had pulled away (probably during the bad snow storms last year). We called George Krilis Company to provide an estimate, and George himself came out on a Saturday morning. He arrived on time and was very pleasant. He offered suggestions on the best way to make the repair as well as some additional work that could be done to help keep the squirrels out. We would be going out of town soon, so we were anxious to have the work done as quickly as possible. George was able to squeeze us in the followng Friday afternoon -- after they left another job. We were very happy that he was able to accommodate our schedule. While reattaching the fascia, they noticed that some gutter seals needed to be repaired and there was an area of trip that needed to be painted. We agreed to have them add the additional work. I mention that just to show how accommodating they were -- they were not pushy, and did not try to talk us in to buying anything we weren't interested in buying. The work was done quickly, and they did an excellent job of cleaning up the area.

When it rained, water dripped behind my gutter rather than into it. Sent e-mail asking for estimate. Mr. Krilis came out, looked at work to be done as well as other work I was told was needed by another contractor on Angie's list. He told me the other work did not need to be done and gave me a much more reasonable price than the other company. He came back and did the work. It happened to rain today, and no more drips behind the gutter. He also cleaned the gutter and roof off at no extra charge. I appreciated his honesty and work ethic.

George Kirilis is one of the most straight-forward contractors we have met. He came to the house, measured, then showed us alternative gutter screening systems; recommending what he thought best for our situation. He and his team arrived on the day promised, nd did considerable more than he promised! He cleaned the gutters well, lined them with a slick material , presumably the aid in moving the water to the downspouts, made necessary repairs to the gutters, and installed the screening system. He found a place where a secondary downspout had been installed wrong; and gave us a very low price for repairing it. He did so on a subsequent visit. George is personable and knowledgeable; but more important, he is a worker! He did not stand around watching other work, he was up on a ladder himself working. He is a pleasure to talk with, and a pleasure to deal with. We would hire him again in a second.

Fast response setting up appointment. I was not required to be home to supervise work. They performed the work and left an invoice. I will use them again next season.

Personally answered the phone. Timely arrival for estimate. Timely performance of work. Beautiful job and reasonably priced. I wish he did all types of work and that I didn;t have to deal with anyone else! Best experience ever getting repairs on my old house.

Called to ask them about availability and cost for a gutter cleaning. Provided extensive details per instructions on their web site. Two weeks later and we still get no callback. Not professional at all.

Mr. Krilis personally came to my house for the estimate. He measured and made suggestions for having a good final product. He even made suggestions for other project we had, the patio drainage which was not part of his job. It turned out they were very good recommendations and we asked them to the other contractor. Mr. Krilis promptly send us the estimate, which was very complete and professional. He did the job on time and to our satisfaction. We have a phase two of the project to be done in the spring. I think the gutters just look very pretty and the house looks so much better.

They are very responsive. They did great work.

He came when he said he would and bagged the leaves. They cleaned up the mess and that is what you would expect from someone who cleans your gutters. The rates seemed reasonable compared to other people and I will use them again in the future.

Top professional. Not alot of company operate this way.

George and his team did an exceptional job. When George came to my townhouse to access what my needs were he was prepared with materials that could be used and recommendations for why one was better than the other. He was very accommodating to my schedule and had all the work completed and area cleaned up within four hours. I am extremely pleased with the work and would definitely use his services again, if the need arises.

The service was very good. The cost ended up being slightly more than originally estimated, because they found more repairs that need to be done. I was told how much more the cost would be, and the additional cost wasn't that much more than the original estimate. The owner of the business was very nice and professional. He offered advice with respect to maintenance and upkeep. I would use his services again.

George and his team did an excellent job. He was there the whole time managing his team and working, making sure everything was done perfectly. He even put up with all my questions and requests. He wanted to make sure I was happy. He came when he said he would. Did exactly what I wanted and cleaned up when he left. It was a good experience and I would hire him again.

George did a wonderful job. We have had water flying off our dormers onto the ground below right by the foundation of the house because the dormer shingles extended too far past the gutters. George replaced the gutter with a wider one and trimmed back the shingles. He also cleaned the gutters (which he does for us routinely). Everything went great.

My gutters were overflowing during a very heavy rain. I got their number from Angie's List. They were not immediately available due to a new gutter installation and assured me they would come as soon as possible. Well, they showed up the next morning because the installation was delayed because of the weather. They would not have been more cheery, professional, and efficient.

He took a lot of care with the work he did. The prices were reasonable. He did a great job.

George came out to look within a couple of days of my call, and immediately submitted a written quotation, at a fair price. He was busy, and it took a little while to schedule the installation, but he called when time opened up in his schedule. The initial date he proposed didn't work for us, but he was able to suggest a second date that was fine. He and his crew came as promised and did a quick and capable job, and the new gutter guards appear to be exactly as advertised.

I've hired a lot of contractors to work on an old colonial we bought that could have easily been torn down instead of restored. As the homeowner, I did a lot of the work myself, and hired a lot of it out. And through that, I've learned that it's extremely difficult to find good, honest people who will do a great job for a fair price. George is one of the few who will. When we decided to get our gutters replaced (about 60 feet worth of gutters and the 50 feet of downspout), I looked through Angie's list and got three companies to come out and give me bids (my std. procedure). George came out personally, on time, and later emailed me the bid (love emailed bids--so much easier to keep track of). His price was extremely competitive, and we decided to hire him. Scheduling the job took a little longer than we had wanted (about three weeks), but it was worth the wait. He showed up when he said he would, and worked himself with another guy to make sure the job was done correctly. He worked very carefully to ensure he didn't damage anything, and cleaned up the site afterwards (including blowing some leaves out to the street which was above and beyond his responsibility). He asked me questions to ensure he would install things as we wanted, and gave us sound advice when we requested it. And the quality of his work is top notch. He installed the aluminum wrapping all the way up to the drip edge (to avoid future water damage to the fascia) and screwed the gutters into the rafters themselves so they are strong and secure. I couldn't have asked for more, and my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. He even gave us some tips on how to maintain them going forward. I think a lot of George's success comes because he has kept his company rather small, which allows him to be intimately involved in both the selling and the installation process, so there is continuity between the two. So many times, the salesman just tells you what you want to hear, and then the crew shows up and has no idea what they're supposed to do. Drive me crazy. George is the opposite, and I'd recommend his gutter replacement services to anyone.

The price was pretty amazing. It was less than I thought it was going to be. I worked with his schedule and may be that was one of the reasons why the price was good. He was super. He does quite a bit of things. He specializes in a variety of things and I would use him for everything else in the future.

Contacted George over the phone. He told me that they were swamped with requests after the heavy rains from the two tropical storms that hit the NOVA area. He said he couldn't get to me for at least 3-weeks. I told him to add me to his schedule, that I was willing to wait the time needed to get the repairs done. To this day, I've not heard a word back from him. I went ahead and found another company to do the repairs. Just very sorry to have to submit this negative report due to bad follow-up/responsiveness issues, but feel as a potential customer at least I could have gotten a return call/Email reference my initial request.

George arrived and had a look at all the work we wanted done. He explained what was needed and was very quick to send us a reasonable estimate for the work. This estimate was very clear and unambiguous. The work was delayed a bit due to torrential rain. That is quite understandable. No one can work safely on a three story high, acutely sloping roof in such conditions. When it stopped raining the work was then done quickly and very efficiently and effectively. There were a few extra things that came to light during the work. However that is to be expected in that sort of work and the extra cost was VERY reasonable and very small. We were extremely pleased with the results and George was a pleasure to work with.

They were great a cleaned up the job thoroughly. The were professional and courteous. My gutters look great and you could tell they did the job right. I would recommend them to anyone.
