We made an appointment to have our gutters cleaned. We did not have a specific day scheduled - they would clean them as soon as they had a crew available. It took them a little longer to perform the work, due to weather and other appointments, then I expected, but we were not in any rush. We arrived home to find all the gutter perfectly cleaned, and all debris removed. We did not have to be home when the work was performed, and we were provided an invoice for the work.

Mr. Krilis came by my home to see what repairs were needed and emailed me his estimate for repair In a return email, I accepted his proposal. He put me on his work schedule and gave me a call the day before he started his work.

I received an initial estimate from another company for about $3000 to do the gutter and soffit repairs, so I contacted George Krilis after seeing the reviews on Angie's List. George arranged a time the next day to come and give me an estimate. He gave me an estimate that was about 20% of the cost of my first estimate an explained exactly why much of the work detailed in the first estimate was unnecessary. We set a date 3-4 weeks later for the repairs to be done. I suspect I had to wait because this is a fairly popular business. The work was done well, on time, and exactly on estimate. I'm very happy to have this done well and for much less than I was expecting to spend.

I contacted the company after looking at the reviews on Angie's list in early November 2012. The call was answered promptly and a visual inspection of my gutters was tentatively scheduled for the end of Nov (no specific date because I didn't think my gutter issue was urgent). I asked if I needed to be home and was told I would not need to be home. The representative said he would just give me a courtesy call when he was coming, and then leave an estimate forrepairs. I did not receive a call or a visit or an estimate. I should also explain this happened after Hurricane Sandy and i'm sure it was a busy time. I was surprised not to receive a call. I would still like to have an estimate for my gutters.

We noticed a leak in our roof on Sunday Nov 18th and I called George that evening. There was a 6" brown stain on the ceiling in a bedroom upstairs. George came the next day. He diagnosed the problem as a leak around the chimney. Going up on the roof, he took a picture of the cracked and deteriorating caulking around the flashing. Showing us the picture, he gave us a price. I misunderstood the price to be $145. After cleaning out the old caulking and recaulking the chimney flashing, he made out the bill. I began writing the check for $145 and he corrected me by saying that he quoted only $135. I was impressed. It hasn't rained yet. But George said that he guarantees the work. I believe him since I have dealt with George before and he did come back and fix a spouting job in the past that was not quite right.

George was great, easy to work with and I did not have to be home for the actual work (just the initial estimate). Got it done just in time for the Hurricane to come and it held up great.

Worked performed quickly, safely, and a year later never had a gutter over flow again.

George came to my house on the day agreed upon and provided an estimate of cost and schedule. He also discussed why he was not recommending alternative ways to prepare the fascia (expensive). He called 2 weeks prior to our scheduled work date and asked if he could come the next day as he had an opening. The work was quietly completed the next day.

The day of removal and installation of the new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards went very smoothly. Mr. Krilis and his crew were very professional and made sure that everything worked, looked good, and cleaned up the work site. George was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. His crew came out on the scheduled day and worked very hard. The soffits on our house were in very poor condition and came out looking like new. The crew was very careful and cleaned up the worksite at the end of the day. We are very happy with the finish product. We will use George again when we paint our deck.

George Krillis did two small projects for us last year, and he did a great job. So this year, we had him back to paint the entire house, repair numerous windows and window sills and a rotting bay window, and install gutter screens. Mr. Krillis supervised all the work. His crew was very polite and hard working. They did a first rate job. The amount of time they spent prepping the surfaces was far more than any other painter we have used. When it came to the actual painting, they were meticulous. It looks very nice, and I believe this will last much longer than any paint job we've had done. They found some rot we had not previously expected in a difficult exterior location, and Mr. Krillis talked to me about how he suggested repairing it. I gave them the go ahead. Despite the extra time this repair required (several hours), he only asked me to pay for the extra materials that were needed -- and only because they were non-standard trim items and required a special trip. The results look great and are clearly going to last. We are very satisfied, and Mr. Krillis will be invited back.

Mr. Krilis was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate on a gutter replacement on the rear of my house. He provided me with an estimate within a couple of days, which included additional information about what might happen if the wood behind the gutters needed to be replaced. He followed up with a phone call to explain the whole process and answered all my questions about the job and addressed my concerns about possible water damage to the wood behind the soffits. His estimate was not only the lowest of the three I received, but it was the most comprehensive. I ended up having to cancel this work due to a couple unexpected major repairs, but would not hesitate to call Mr. Krilis back for another estimate in the future.

I researched companies on Angies List to locate someone to do the work I needed to have done. After receiving cost estimates from the companies I contacted, I chose The George Krilis Company, LLC. Mr. Krilis was very pleasant, professional, and prompt in responding to my initial telephone call. He came to my home and arrived on time to review the scope of work I wanted done. Within the same day, he sent me an email providing a detailed breakout of the work to be performed and the asociated cost to do the job. He also provided an estimate as to when he could begin the job. In addition, he is very willing to work with his customers to accommodate them. I had to change my schedule unexpectedly and he was most understanding and flexible in changing his schedule. Once the schedule was established, he showed up at the agreed date and time, arrived early each day, and worked until the job was completed. Also, Mr. Krilis helped me select the color of paint for the exterior wood surfaces on the house. Due to his expertise and keen eye for colors, we chose a color that exactly matched the color of the aluminum siding on the house. Furthermore, he was very organized as well as being a dedicated worker. He is good to his employees, expects quality work from them, and works directly with them on the job. He wanted to be sure I was satisfied as the work progressed. He kept me apprised of the work that was being done and answered any qustions or concerns I had. Because of his integrity, dedication, quality of work, and professionalism, I hired him to purchase and install vinyl shutters for the front of my home for an additional $1,322.00. He worked with me to chose the color and style of shutters, ordered and installed them. In summary, I am very pleased with the quality of work he did at my home. He did an outstanding job and I would definitely hire him again and have recommended him to others.

Personal service from a small company. George did the estimate and oversaw the work himself. Always prompt, and the work was done quickly, neatly, and professionally. Use the phone to communicate, because george isn't good about returning email. The bid was emailed to me the day the initial meeting, and I accepted by return email. When after several days I called to find out why George had not called to schedule the work, I learned that he hadn't checked his email in that time. We set up the appointment on the phone, and all went beautifully. Krilis did a great job at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

George was prompt to come by and give me an estimate but it took him several weeks to come back to do the work. In that time I sent several emails asking for a date or at least an estimated time frame and got no response. When he finally came, the work was done well and the area was cleaned up. His price was excellent compared to 2 other estimates.

Mr. Krillis first called to get an understanding of the issue. He then created and provided a detailed estimate for his services. The work was performed accurately and on time. He was professional and always provided a time frame for each step in the process. I would definitely use him again and have already told others about him.

I checked George Krilis Company on Angie's List and he got good reviews. So we had him come out and give us an estimate. He was not the cheapest, nor was he the most expensive, but he was right there when he said he would be there. He was very thorough in his estimate. There were no additional charges when he was finished. I will absolutely use him again.

Very responsive, came earlier than promised, but only after phoning to make sure the earlier date was fine with me. No pressure to "set up a service plan" or drum up bogus repairs. Since the first review I have used Mr. Krilis twice a year for gutter cleaning. He has me on his schedule spring and fall and has been exceptionally responsive and helpful at all times. He has also done some gutter and down spout renovation for me and his work is very nicely done. His price has remained the same for 3 years and I am very pleassed

The crew was punctual, worked efficiently, were very neat, and did an excellent job with everything. George was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Krilis responded to our request for a bid on exterior house painting promptly. He did a thorough inspection of the outside of the house noting any areas that needed special attention. He provided a bid a short while after and, once we accepted the bid, scheduled the work promptly dependent on weather conditions. The preparation of the surface of the house was wonderful. After a power washing, all surface defects were filled in and hand sanded, the gutters were cleaned inside and outside and polished to a gleaming shine. Nails which had been protruding under the carport roof were hammered down before painting the underside of the carport and can no longer be seen. The house received two coats of paint by sprayer and the trim was all hand painted. The workers took great care with all outside furniture and plant material. We've received many compliments from neighbors about the paint job.

We had a estimate scheduled and Mr. Krilis came out and was a very nice man. He gave us a good estimate and good advice as to the work that would be done. My mother wanted him to do the job, so we let him know and within two weeks he was here doing the job. The gutters look great on the house and soon after it rained and saw not only was the advice of going with a wider gutter a better thing but also to see what it was to have good functioning gutters. Highly recommend this company as the work and price was fair and top notch.

Came on time. Cleaned the gutters and downspouts, taking care not to damage porches and shrubbery, and disposing of refuge completely. Gave us a thorough review of the condition of our gutters and roof, made suggestions for future maintenance, and left us with a printout of suggestions.

He was efficient and came in under the estimate price. He did a great job.

We recently moved in this house and the gutters were pretty filled with leaves and dirt (there are a lot of trees around the house). I contacted George and he was very courteous, could schedule an appointment the next day and showed up as promised, doing a great job.
