Genius Work responded quickly with quote and availability and started the work on date promised and completed in two days (2nd day required due to drying time of repair work prior to paint). Work was a good value and we would definitely consider Genius for additional work including larger projects in the future.
Description of Work: Employed Genius Work Construction to enclose an existing open double doorway in an existing wall. Job involved removing doorway trim, installing framing to fill opening, installing wall board, and finishing wall joints to complete enclosure on both side of the wall. Baseboard and chair rail trims were replaced and wall and trim was painted on both sides of wall.

The work was performed efficiently. Francisco was flexible to assessing and incorporating changes and the project progressed. We had used Genius Work for a previous project and would consider using again in the future based on our experience, our happiness with the quality of the work performed, and the flexibility and value provided by the contractor
Description of Work: Renovation/remodel of two bathroom; Master bath and family bathroom. Master bath; moved walls and related plumbing and electrical. Replaced ceramic tile floor with stone tile. Built customer stone tile and glass shower enclosure with added skylight. Installed new two sink vanity, whirlpool tub wrapped in stone tile, vanity bathroom walls received stone tile around whirlpool and vanity with customer mirrors installed over dual sinks. Installed all new fixtures include wall mounted premium faucets. Installed new lighting. Projected including expanding walk in closet, build in customer shelving and hanger space in closet, wrapping closet in cedar paneling. Family bathroom replaced single sink vanity with double sink vanity. Replace toilet, Replace ceramic tile floor with marble mosaic tile floor, upgraded existing tile in tub surround to match floor tile, replaced all light, accessory and plumbing fixtures, added recessed light with integrated exhaust fan.

Once the scope and project was defined, the contractor executed the work quickly after the materials were delivered. The quality of the work was very good. Overall it was a great contractor experience. We had used this contractor before and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Renovated garage. Installed high tech floor system, installed wall cabinets, floor cabinets with countertop, trimmed out garage windows, painted floors/ceiling, added water faucet in garage.

+ -1 moreThe project went very well. Francisco was easy to work with in planning and performing the work. He had some good ideas and was supportive in working with the owner to define the solution. He was flexible and fair in managing changes and his work was a good value with good quality results.
Description of Work: Remodeled Laundry Room replacing old cabinets with new cabinets, moving plumbing and installing new sink fixtures, moving built in ceiling lights, installing new tile floor, new baseboard installation, and wallboard repairs and room/ceiling painting.

+ -1 moreFrancisco was very professional throughout the entire process of remodeling my garage from start to finish. He researched the different types of flooring and wall paneling and discussed the price and advantages/disadvantages of each. Once I decided how to proceed (I went with a supplier similar to Garage Tech), Francesco ordered the supplies, supervised delivery and installed everything. Parts of the installation required installing three hanging storage platforms which could be cranked down and up for easy loading and unloading. Francesco also built a small lighted workspace in a corner niche of my garage. I live in a townhouse and storage space is at a premium. Remodeling my garage easily doubled the amount of storage space and made my garage beautiful, energy efficient and greatly improved the value of my home. I highly recommend Francisco's work. He is very responsible and a joy to work with.
Description of Work: Planning, ordering materials, installation of garage flooring paneling and roof storage unit. Construction of lighted work surface and storage cabinets in the garage.
