Terrible...The office sent a decent tech who gave an estimate to install client provided gate operator, which though at the top end of the range, was within limits of reason...but then the recently hired Sales "consultant" who is a self admitted retired IT person, has no clue re gate operators, and was only interested in upselling, sent a quote which was 3 times that provided by the tech and the office originally - very unprofessional and dishonest...what a waste of time - stay away from this company

There are no details. They cam and fixed it and made it work and were polite and efficient and really know what they are doing.

Both Gate Logics' representatives on the phone as well as the repair people on site were very professional, courteous and helpful.They were quick to return my calls when voicemails were left and quick to get repair people on site to assess the issue multiple times. The only disapointment I would express is that this particular issue had reoccured multiple times since the gate was automated about two years ago. While hopefully the the issue has been rectified once and for all, it did cost me each time they came on sight to readjust the mechanism. Having said that, I would recommend and use there services again.

The sensor installation went great from quote to finish of the installation. Gate Logic's President Shanna provided two quotes, one to replace the existing sensor with the same type and another to replace it with a more robust version. I chose the latter more expensive quote, but I still see it as a very good deal. Gate Logic Security worked very well in coordination with Hand H Asphalt Paving, who I recommend as well. The job went smoothly and all was completed on the same day. I have little doubt that the gate sensor will provide years of solid service as I witnessed the installation and saw the manner in which it was protected (i.e., the depth to which it was dug, the sand base and covering of the sensor so rocks don't penetrate the plastic jacket and the electrical PVC pipe for the wire from the main box to the sensor to eliminate moisture and rodent ingress / damage).

Gate Logic found the appropriate control board and contacted me with the price. I approved it and as soon as the board came in, they came out and installed it. I have also used their services for other gate problems and have found them to be very service oriented as well as highly professional, courteous and very responsive, most often coming out the same day you call for service. I had previously dealt with one of their competitors, but Gate Logic will continue to be my choice for service. A great company! G Clow. Annandale, VA

Shanna, the CEO at Gate Logic Security, came to the site with Josh, an expert gate and fence installer/repair engineer, for a survey of the fencing and gating that would be needed. In a timely manner, Shanna e-mailed a detailed estimate of the fencing and electronic gate based on the family's need to contain our toddlers in our yard. The installation was a little delayed from what was expected, but that was because the aluminum fence and gate manufacturer experienced a delay in shipment. Installation was done by Josh and a helper over an approximate week long period. Having had many home improvements done in the past and none were as well done as the experience I had with Gate Logic Security. I came away impressed with their quality, knowledge, communication and skill of the total job from start to finish. I will highly recommend Gate Logic Security to others for fencing and gate needs, in particular for their electronic gate expertise.
