Prompt, friendly, efficient, returned all calls same day or first thing the following morning, recommendation were backed up with explanations or alternatives. An overall quality experience that when we finally got around to performing the repairs (a year after Tom at G & G Services provided an estimate) when we contacted G & G they found the year old estimate and still performed the repairs with the original estimate! We are also planning to use G & G Services for another repair since we were so happy with their work.

Completed work on time. Did an excellent job. Cannot tell where the speakers were on the house. Siding matched perfectly. Didn't charge more than quote although they had difficulty with removing the back door speaker. Would use them again.

Tom called within a short time after I initiated contact with Service Magic. He came to my townhome, took a look at what was needed to repair squirrel damage to my roof, submitted a proposal, and provided a fair estimate. Two days later, he and a colleague arrived, and completed the work as promised. Tom seemed very professional. He "repaired" the problem -- a small leak -- the first time for a reasonable cost. It was not fixed, and he came back again to try to repair it. Long story short, after 3 visits, our roof is still leaking and he will not return our calls. I understand a leak is tough and was patient in trying to have it fixed, but the fact that he simply will not return our calls is extremely disappointing. I had recommended him to a friend and recently advised her not to use him given the lack of communication. In short, G&G took our money for a job and did not complete it.

They were prompt and efficient in resolving roof leaking problem. Tom was very thorough in his explanation of the problem and even offered to return if I ever experience such problem again.
