G & G replaced some damaged siding. After posting my service magic request, Tom was out to my house in less than 3 hours to give an estimate. After accepting the G&G estimate, Tom was out to my house the next day. Tom was friendly and professional through out. He returned all calls within two hours. Beforing going with G&G, I got a second estimate from a another service magic contractor. G&G's estimate was half the cost.

I had my doubts about contractors but Tom proved me wrong! He is honest and would not sell me a new roof that I didn't need. He was prompt with his work. Repair expert arrived, looked over the damage and talked with me about what was needed. He seemed very knowledgeable and competent. He presented me with a written estimate, and a couple of days later while I was at work he completed the repair. We since have had multiple heavy rainstorms and the gutters have worked faultlessly. Terrific job!

I was quite favorably impressed. Work appears to be excellent, they replaced both the plywood and the covering, three inch overlap into the gutters. Got it done in one day, excellent cleanup. I would recommend them to others & will call upon them again as the need arises.
