Tom called right after I filled out the request and we scheduled an estimate that afternoon. He was the only company to actually get on the roof to fully understand the extent of the job before giving me an estimate. He listened to my requests and didn't give me any unsolicited advice on doing the job "better." He scheduled the work at a time that matched my schedule. He completed the work quickly and professionally. He involved me in the whole process and made sure I was comfortable with each step of the project. The price of the job matched the estimate and he was priced much lower than other estimates. Will definitely be using G&G again!

I submitted a request for info for gutter repair to HomeAdvisor last Sunday around noon and within 10 minutes Tom from G&G reached out to me with an appointment for the following day. He showed up 10 minutes early, took pictures of the inside of my gutters and showed me the problem and gave me an on the spot estimate. The next day he was out again and made the repairs while I was at work. Outstanding customer service and he was honest about the estimate (I only needed gutters cleaned and a few nailed into the house and not major repair like I thought. I'll hire them again for sure.
