Description of Work: General yard services including clean up and weekly mowing.Set up an annual schedule then forget it. Lawn is mowed, edged and residue cleaned up weekly and billed monthly. Other services available on call. I used Franco American Mowing services for several years and have found him to be both reasonable as to cost and very dependable.

Description of Work: Mowed and trimmed lawn. A very good job, which included bagging the trimmings and placing curbside. We chose not to use them for a full-year service contract because their price was somewhat higher than competitors. Franco's service was better, and may justify the higher cost. We will revisit our selection next year and they will be one of the company's in the running

Every so often, one of the crew damages a small branch or jostles a garden border but there have been no serious issues. The rate has not varied for several years.

+ -1 moreTHE WORK CREW ARE ALWAYS PUNCTUAL AND COMPLETE THE SERVICE ON THE AGREED UPON DAY (EXCEPT IN CASES OF WEATHER). THEY ARE QUICK, BUT THOROUGH. ALL OF THESE YOUNG MEN HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY POLITE, AS WELL.
Description of Work: PROVIDES WEEKLY LAWN MOWING SERVICE AT A SINGLE FAMILY HOME. ALSO DOES SPRING AND FALL CLEAN-UPS.
