Ken, Ana and their team have been amazing! Ken is always responsive, polite and tries hard to meet your expectations. Ana was patient, had great ideas on design stuff, and was equally responsive to emails and calls with questions, suggestions or changes. The crew that worked on the house was there early and were always respectful. They did a great job and moved quickly without cutting corners. I have already recommended Elite to others and will continue to do so.

Elite Contractors recently updated our basement for us and did an amazing job! Ken came by every day to check on progress and confirm that the work was progressing as we had expected. Ken estimated a maximum of three weeks to complete the job and they were done in a week and a half! The room is stunning and I can’t say enough about Ken’s professionalism, integrity, flexibility, and willingness to work with our needs. He also provided reasonable advice regarding which design choices are worth the price vs. those where we would not see a good return on our investment. It’s clear that Ken prides himself on his work and his reputation and this was evidenced in the attention to detail while the project was ongoing and in the finished product. It’s been a pleasure to work with Elite Contractors and we look forward to working with them again for our future projects, and will wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Elite contractors created a gorgeous basement for me. I needed my basement refinished within a certain timeline and they completed it ahead of schedule! They were professional, on time, kept me informed of progress and were immediately responsive to my questions. The crew left the basement neat at the end of everyday. The designer was very helpful and patient with me when choosing tile, paint, flooring etc.. I couldn't be more happy and I will always choose Elite Contractor from now on.

After talking with numerous local companies, we hired Elite Contractors to perform a complete remodel of a large master bathroom. The result exceeded our high expectations. Ken and Ana worked long and hard to help us settle upon materials that gave us the high-end look we wanted while staying within our budget range. When work began, each of the craftsmen on his team did a masterful job of making everything look and function perfectly. They showed up every day, exactly on time, and were professional in every way. Ken visited the worksite daily to ensure that everything was done right and that we were completely satisfied. When one of our initial tile choices didn’t look the way we expected when it began to go on the wall, Ken worked with us to address the issue on the fly. Installation of a new tile choice began the next day, and the project moved forward without delay. We are thrilled with the final product. We will be using Elite again soon to remodel our kitchen.

Never even got to the quote stage. If insurance is included this is not the company for you. They won't do any job involving insurance. Hmmm???

Ken Rahim has assembled a group of talented and professional craftsmen without peer. From the start to the end of the project we were delighted. The bathroom was created by artists. It is so beautiful! Every detail is superb. The beautifully crafted woodwork seamlessly blends the basement with the rest of the house. Water and electric utility panels are integrated into the architecture and add to the beauty of the whole project. Any concern is addressed immediately. Just as important, the team was on the job every day until the project was completed. We cannot recommend Elite Contractors highly enough. You not only won't be disappointed, you will be delighted!

I recently got my basement/man cave finished and it turned out ten times better than I anticipated. Ken was very engaging, straight forward, honest, trustworthy, and enjoyable to work with. He is very experienced and did a phenomenal job of listening to my visions for the design of the basement and turning those visions into reality. I just had my master bathroom remodeled and I wanted to give a great recommendation to Elite Contractors Services Inc. Ken Rahim and his crew have done a beautiful job! They are professional, on time, clean up daily when finished, and have gone above and beyond...even fixing little extra things they saw that had nothing to do with my bathroom. But the main thing I like is that Ken is responsive. If I text or email him, he responds immediately! His office/showroom is in Annandale and his wife Ana is the designer/office manger. She is patient and will spend time helping you pick materials and can show you pictures of previous jobs that have used those materials...tiles for example in my case, so you can see how they will look on a finished room.

Working with Elite absolutely exceeded mine and my husband's expectations. We hired them to remodel an outdated 1960s addition to our house, complete with beadboard, popcorn ceiling and an indoor grill. Ken and Ana paid very close attention to what I was asking for and along with their team gave us an exceptional end result. The room is absolutely gorgeous. We couldn't be happier. Everyone at Elite was a pleasure to work with and we will be using them for additional remodeling in the future. I highly recommend Elite.

Ken Rahim, general manager, came to my house and discussed possibilities. He researched zoning for my area in DC and told me that what I wanted to do would not be allowed. He did not charge me anything for the consultation and research. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, honesty and professionalism.

Ken and his team were amazing go work with. They stayed on schedule, was flexible with the number of changes we threw at them and may sure we approved any design changes before starting the work. After the work was done there were a couple minor things that came up and they were happy and willing to come back out to our house and fix them in a timely manner. We could not asked for a better team to renovate our house.

Ken and his team were great to work with as they remodeled our house after we bought it. They took out a wall and added lighting on our main floor and then added a bedroom and remodeled 2 bathrooms. They have also be responsive on small issue after they were completed and fixed those in a timely manner.

The project went very well. Ken was very responsive to our questions over email. The only hiccup was a two week delay between when work was started removing the old fixtures and when the materials for the new vanity arrived, during which our bathroom was unusable, but the overall project with completed within about a month, which was within our expectations. We were also promptly notified of the delay so there were no surprises. The Elite team did an excellent job cleaning up after each workday, and once all the necessary materials arrived they completed their work very quickly and professionally. They also installed the towel rods and hooks that we purchased at the last second free of charge. We are very pleased with the result.

Absolutely top endorsement. I am in the military and got back after being away for three years and needed help remodeling the front of our house taking down an old, dilapidated porch and replacing it with a nice portico. We spoke with three other contractors prior to finding Ken Rahim and Elite Contractors. They either blew us off (Zelaya) or came in way over budget. Ken responded immediately to our call and met with us shortly thereafter. We had a good conversation about what we wanted. He LISTENED closely and came back a few days later with a strong proposal. Ken took care of the permits with Fairfax county and was flexible enough and always available to discuss changes as the project progressed. He was at our house nearly every day checking on how things were going and making sure we were happy with his crew. His crew is the secret to success in my opinion. He hires his own people to do 90% of the work. There is none of the standard having to wait for an electrician or a plumber or the painter or days upon days of down time. Progress was made everyday - it was an awesome feeling. The team was at the house every day by 8 am and worked throughout the day. Orli, the team lead, is a master craftsman and wonderful person. They cleaned up at the end of every day which made us and the neighbors happy. The other key for us and another reason for the 5 star review was Ken's personal involvement and accessibility. He truly wants the job done how you want it done while willing to give you his perspective based off of 20 years in the business. Great overall experience, we highly recommend Elite Contractors and will absolutely rely on Ken and ECS the next time we need work done on our house.

We recently remodeled our home with an addition to a 1950s Rambler. The ask of Elite Contractors Services Inc. was simple. Design, build and integrate the addition into the existing house to bring the house upto date with modern open-concept living and at the same time make it appear seamless. Words do not do justice to the efforts of Ken, Ana and their crew led by Orly. Overseen by Ken from start to finish the project was finished ahead of time and on budget. He stayed on top of all aspects of the project, kept the lines of communication very open, supervised the work regularly without fail and any and all issues were addressed in timely fashion. In construction little details matter and Ken understands that far better than many. In our case pictures will not do justice to the work done. The integration of the roof line for the addition with the skylights and the addition of the covered porch in the front in place of the original stoop appear as if they were part of the original build. The end results are amazing and we could not be happier. Well done!

Ken and his team performed quality work. They began on time and finished in 10 days as promised. Work quality was great. A few minor issues were handled easily, and they replaced some HVAC pipe in the ceiling free of charge to accommodate recessed lighting. His crew works hard and took great care of the space and cleaned everything before they left. Ken was always personally available via email, phone and text, and came over promptly to discuss concerns and design decisions. We wanted a very specific white wash look on the old red brick fireplace, and Ken and his crew had never done this before and weren't sure how to complete. I sent him a tutorial video in the morning and they had it completed exactly as we wanted by end of day. Would definitely hire again.
