Description of Work: They gave me several sketches of my kitchen redo. None of them were workable for me. I tried to get them to revise my design and they did but nothing worked. My home is over 50 years old so some of the problem may have been the new specifications for kitchens.

Description of Work: We received 6 different bids for renovating our small master bathroom which had a leaking shower pan. Most were within a similar price range, however, while the others said it would take 2-3 weeks, Ken said "1 week!" All the other reviews for his company were positive, and I liked Kens no-nonsense, straightforward approach, so we decided to use Elite - but to be honest, we were skeptical about the short turnaround time. Two weeks before starting we picked out tiles, toilet, vanity, etc, and he and his crew started on Monday. By Thursday morning he told us he would be finished that evening. In 4 days, not 5! The project went really well. They were very organized, responsive, friendly and every evening when we returned home, everything was neat and clean. A couple of days later, when we had a minor issue, he was extremely quick to respond and remediate. The bathroom is beautiful and we are very happy with it.

Description of Work: We are just now in the beginning stages of this project --estimates, working with an architect, discussing options, etc.. So far they have been very helpful, though in my opinion a little less creative than I had hoped, which is why the overall grade is now just a "B." I hope, in all fairness, that I will end up raising their overall grade once we get farther down that road and the job nears completion. We have not gotten to the point of prices yet, so I can't judge
