Overall it was a very good experience. Fortunately he did not find any signs of hacking but gave some advice on how to prevent future problems. He is my go to computer guy.

Fil got my computer up and running quickly but recommended replacement of the hard drive. He replaced the drive at a very reasonable price. His service was extremely professional and I would recommend him highly.

Great service. I called Fil after first trying another less reputable service guy. Fil repaired the computer the same day and restored ALL my files.

Fil has been a frequent guest in my house to do PC repair. He is always punctual and clearly knows his job.

Phoned one afternoon and Fil arrived on time the following afternoon. He quickly identified and removed the virus from our computer and installed and ran an anti-malware program. He explained what to do when the program finished running and when to run it again. Fil also talked us through our best option for antivirus protection. We would not hesitate to call Fil again for any computer related help.

Thoroughly evaluated my home PC, cleaned up some processes that were running slowly, and helped me with a printer issue. Fil was responsive, punctual, courteous, and professional. I have used his services on a number of occasions and his service has been great and consistent. Definitely someone I will use again and would recommend to anyone.

I was very pleased that his suggestion fixed the problem. I had been considering other Computer Support services, but they wanted $129 just to diagnose the problem, then who knows how much to fix it.

I sent Fil an e-mail on a weekend... and he began immediately to offer up potential fixes for the problem, communicating with me numerous times. This was nothing short of a "life line" and, though we were able through Verizon tech support to ultimately fix the problem free of charge, Fil was very knowledgeable and provided truly exceptional customer support. I thought his fees were very reasonable, as well. Mr. Feit did not perform any services, due to the fact that my hard drive required a clean room for data recovery. However, he was very easy to talk to, listened to my problems, explained my options, and was very sympathetic to my siutation as the data I am trying to recovery is thousands of pictures of my children. I would most definitly call him in the future should the need arrise. Other companies/individuals I called didn't listen to what I was telling them...offering to come out and take a look at it...which has been done twice already...just to get my business. Mr. Feit asked the right questions and told me upfront that it was beyond his capabilities but was eager to help me find someone that could perform the tasks.

Very well, considering that only a literal miracle could have retrieved my data. I valued Fil's evident expertise and straightforward advice, found him very pleasant as well as highly professional to deal with, and appreciated that he charged me his minimum -- $70 for half an hour. He is an excellent resource I wouldn't hesitate to go to again or to recommend to others (especially anyone anxious about hardware or software).

Fil came to pick up the computer and brought it back in good working order. While we had him in our clutches, he fielded a barrage of questions with patience and good humor. Shame on me for not leaving feedback earlier since this is the third time he has helped us with computer problems. We have been pleased on every occasion and he deserves a recommendation.

Overall everything worked out well. Fil stayed on task and provided a remarkably quick turn around.

He is an absolute jewel. He is responsive, has great customer service skills, and very knowledgeable. He will look for the least expensive, but highest quality solution. A great person to work with.

Excellent service. Mr. Feit purchased and installed a device to accept my old hard drive so I did not have to back up all my files. He ran checks and loaded software on a new desktop. He answered all my questions and was very professional, and knowledgeable. Excellent experience.

Contacted Mr. Feit regarding performance issues I was having on my work laptop. He took the time over the phone to walk me through a couple of diagnostic procedures (at no charge). When those did not correct the issues, we scheduled an appointment. He was prompt and professional. Because I did not have the setup disks at that time, he was unable to perform all the diagnostics during that visit. While he was here, he also looked over my personal computer and resolved a network issue on my husband's laptop. Now that I have the setup disks for my work laptop, I am in the process of scheduling a second appointment.

I sent Mr. Fil an email inquiring if he serviced MAC computers and gave him a brief run down of my situation. Instead of saying yes and quoting me a price he wrote back and gave me some advice for free. I tried what he suggested and sent him another email with current information of the situation. Through the back and forth and the valuable advice he gave I was able to get about 80-90% of the information off of my dead drive. I offered him the shell of my old computer in case he could use it in any way for repairs to other machines. I felt I owed him something. If I, or anyone I know, has any sort of computer problem the first place I plan to turn is Mr. Fil. He answers his emails promptly and is very respectful of his clients. I wish I could say that of all vendors I contact.

I had a problem with a virus on my computer and instead of coming out to the house to fix it (and charge me) he walked me thru the solution over the phone for free.

Fil Feit came on very short notice to assist me with the printer problem/installation, and though the printer had never been installed, Fil brought along a USB cable extension, which I could not locate, and worked about forty minutes or less. Everything went splendidly, as I knew it would. Fil managed to fit me in between clients that day, on very short notice, and it was greatly appreciated.

Mr. Fil Feit from Computer Ease was very good. He acted quickly after I called him. There was no delay. He was good about coming over and picking the computer up. He also worked on it quickly. He called me and let me know the issues he found with the computer. He was able to tweak it up and get it running very well for a lot less than what I thought it would cost me. He was also very honest about the fact that it was an old computer and a year or two down the line the hard drive might fail. He could have charged me a lot but he was a very honest guy.

They came very quickly and solved the problem within a few mintures. They were very reasonable in price. I had previously called a company from the phone book. They took three hours, never fixed the problem, and charged me an arm and a leg. Computer Ease really knows their stuff.

Picked up the laptop and returned it next day with successfull repair. Knowledgeable and efficient diagnosis.

My 4 year old iMac G5 died. I found Fil (Computer Ease) through Angie's List. He responded immediately, came to my location and left with my G5 to perform a diagnosis. Fil later contacted me and explained the problem and discussed various repair options. I wanted to recover my pictures from the hard drive. Fil successfully copied them to a DVD and returned that and the hard drive. After ensuring that I understood my available alternatives he arranged for disposal of the inoperable G5. Fil was punctual, professional and affordable. I would not hesitate to call him again if I need any computer services.

What a great experience! I am so glad to have Fil as my new computer resource. I was nearly ready to buy a new computer but Fil's reviews were so good I figured I'd give him a shot. He exceeded my expectations in every way. He is smart, organized, professional,efficient punctual and very reasonably priced. I didn't think my computer could be fixed. I had even hired one of our computer tech people from work to come look at it and even she could not totally correct it. Fil corrected it in 30 min (which is what he had predicted) for $60. I am so happy!! I plan to hire him again so that I can access the television capability on my computer and some day after that to help me go wireless with a new lap top. My husband and I love this guy !! We highly recommend him.

He came and corrected it, and the overall experience was great. I called on a Friday afternoon, he said that he’d come the following morning, and he did come on the Saturday. I was astonished that he did that. He spent an hour checking things out and trying to know what was wrong, and then he corrected the problem.
