I can honestly say that Best Quality Cleaners was the best cleaning service we ever used. The two women they sent were so hard working. They cleaned the apartment from top to bottom. It was spotless when they left, unlike when they arrived. I would definitely recommend Best Quality Cleaners.

The ladies arrived on time and they quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly cleaned the entire contract area. The company contacted me quickly after I purchased my deal and assigned me one of my preferred times. My house looks fantastic and we are very pleased.

As expected. The three ladies showed up on time and cleaned the three floors of the townhouse. Including cleaning the oven and the refrigerator.

They did a wonderful job, were on-time, and efficient.

Best Quality did a very thorough job and were fast, efficient, and friendly. They were even able to accommodate a Saturday cleaning for me on only a few days' notice! I would hire them again without reservation.

Great to have a team of 3 or more working at the same time. It saves a lot of time the home owner needs for other things. Also, the team lead spoke English and asked me to inspect the job before they left!

They where there for an hour. They did not clean the room I hired them to clean. They complained that they where carrying boxes up and down the stairs but I was the one who was moving the boxes. They where supposed to vacuum the basement and they didn't. They where supposed to wax the legs of the chairs and the tables but they didn't. They are still dusty. They even took some of my belongings that i did not willingly give them, when they left.

Went well showed up within time window. Worked quickly and did a great job cleaning my home.

There was a miscommunication on the day of service but luckily I was available the day they had scheduled the cleaning anyways. Other than that, the maids arrived early and finished in about three hours with three people. They were very nice and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

There was a little hiccup the first day, but they came back and did an excellent job. I would recommend them.

Maria was extremely responsive via email, scheduling was easy. The team was set to arrive at 0730. They hadn't shown up by 0825 so I called Maria. She got them on the phone - they'd been stuck in traffic because the weather was awful. I totally understand that, no problem at all, but they probably should have called Maria or me to let us know. Once they got here they started beavering away - did a nice job, hard workers, thorough. No complaints at all. I would definitely use them again.

Their cleaning is fantastic. They are very thorough. They had a group that came in. They did great things with the floors. They did a lot more than I thought they would do. The only problem was they took two bags that I had things stored in and they thought they were garbage and they threw them away. I would tell others who would hire them that all they have to do is tell them not to throw anything away without their permission. I would use them again even though they did that.

The ladies were splendid! They came almost on time, and provided amazing service - they even did windows which I wasn't expecting. They did a great job for a great charge.

The three ladies are very efficient and focus on what I've asked them to focus on. I just wish they would put things back where they found them. Otherwise, they do a fantastic job - I ask especial focus on floors & bathrooms, and these are always SPOTLESS when they're done. They're fast, and they're nice, and they do a great job!

I have been putting off writing this review because I do not like to write negative information. After much thought I decided that it was most important to share experience honestly. I purchased the $199 home cleaning plus refrigerator and oven clean deal. I am not happy with the company's customer service. The owner charged me $100 extra at the end of the visit. My concerns: 1. The ladies did not speak English at all. 2.The team took quite a long time to complete the work, in spite of the reduced number of areas to clean. The cleaners were told to clean only the family room, kitchen, breakfast nook, 2 upstairs bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a powder room, vacuum the upstairs hall, the stairs and foyer, and to vacuum the master bedroom. They didn't have to clean the office or dining room or living room. 3. They did not change the sheets on the beds, they just remade them (I had had already put clean sheets on the beds, but not changing the sheets was never discussed with the cleaners). 4. In the kitchen they did not even LOAD THE DISHWASHER they just piled the dirty dishes in the sink. 5 No one from the company came to my home to check the quality of the services rendered after the job was done. Once they were finished, one of the ladies asked for a check. I tried to clarify what was meant by "check" but we could not communicate effectively. She called the owner on her mobile phone, and they spoke for a long time, and the ladies seemed to be growing uncomfortable. I asked to speak to the owner directly. When I asked the owner "One of the ladies mentioned a check. How much?" the owner said "One hundred dollars." Since the ladies seemed to be very uncomfortable and I didn't want to put them in the middle of a conflict with the owner, I gave them a check for $100 and they left. I later called and spoke with the owner and discussed the matter with her, reminding her that I had already paid and telling her that I didn't think a request by the ladies on site for an additional amount was warranted. She tried to justify overcharging me by saying that the ladies had to work more hours. I told her that the ladies didn't even have to clean the whole house and that there was no reason for them to have taken so long. She seemed surprised by that. She then tried to justify the overcharge by saying my home was too large. I told her that my home size was well within her square footage limit, especially given the reduced cleaning area. I told her that the ladies did not load the dishwasher and she said "We are not maids, we are cleaners. We don't do dishes." Has anyone out there ever used a home cleaning service in which the cleaners do not load the dishwasher as part of clearing the kitchen surfaces??? In the end I told her that I felt that I felt that the dealings with me were less than honest and certainly not an example of good customer service. She agreed to "work out something like a discount" for the next time I used their services. It has now been several months and while I have been tempted to recall the company to get some value fromf my overpayment, I am reluctant to work with them again. I suppose I will treat the experience with Best Cleaning as a "lesson learned."

Very thorough cleaning, including inside of refrigerator / oven. Very happy with the results. Would absolutely hire again.

I jumped on this "big deal" because it indicated they would clean all the baseboards, picture frames, doors, door trim, window sills, ceiling fans and all cabinets in the kitchen and baths. I was contacted immediately after purchasing online and it was easy to get an appointment quickly, even right before Christmas. The team of three arrived on time and worked diligently. Although the deal included changing linens, making beds and cleaning the interior of the oven, I did not have them do any of these tasks. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms we do not use and they did not have to clean. I also told them they did not have to clean the interior of the refrigerator, but they did anyway. I advised them that my main concern was removing dust and cleaning all of the baseboards. If this deal had simply been for a routine house cleaning, I probably would have rated the quality as a "B", but since it was advertised as a thorough deep cleaning, I rated it a "C". There were sections of the baseboard that were missed, white doors with visible fingerprints that were not cleaned, a table in the family room not dusted, ceiling fans not dusted, sections of the wood floor not vacuumed / dusted, picture frames not dusted, etc. It was advertised as they would take as much time as is required to complete all cleaning items, but the team of 3 left after two hours. Given that time, I could have purchased a less expensive deal which had a specific number of hours of cleaning.
