I found BQC on Angie's List and was impressed by the reviews, so I called them. Maria, very professional, replied to my call the same day. We scheduled a time the next day for her to walk through my home to assess the requirements. She gave me several cost options based on frequency of cleaning and floors to be cleaned (we don't use our downstairs too much). The initial deep cleaning was done in early April. I could not believe what a professional job they did. I left the house during the cleaning, but had to return unexpectedly for a moment. The ladies were picking up and dusting individual items and furniture located high on top of our computer desk hutch. We had one other cleaning service a while ago and they never tackled that job. Upon my return later that day, I was amazed. Walking through the house during the next few days, wonderful new cleaning discoveries kept appearing. The back corner of my closet floor was actually shining. Floors and furniture throughout the house sparkled. It was evident that they live up to their name, "Best Quality Cleaners". I am thrilled with their detailed cleaning! Even my husband, who doesn't usually pay attention to these things, mentioned several times that he is impressed with their work. On another note... Just prior to my first scheduled cleaning, an out-of-town friend, who owns the house next door, called to ask me if I knew anyone that cleaned houses. His house was going on the market for sale in a few days and he needed to get it cleaned ASAP. It was the week prior to Easter and the cleaning team was very busy, but Marie assessed the requirements then found time one evening that week to accommodate the home owner's needs. The house had recently refinished wood floors upstairs, carpeting downstairs, and no furniture. The entire house needed a detailed cleaning, but certain rooms needed some heavy duty cleaning. After working elsewhere all day, those ladies were able to tackle the job and get the entire place shining. They approached the job with a positive attitude, and the outcome was excellent. The house showed beautifully on the real estate listing and has been sold.

The experience was great from beginning to end. They came out and did an overall cleaning and it was so good I hired them to come every other week. Maria was professional and actually came early for the first visit. She calls the night before every week to confirm which I love.

Contacted Best quality cleaners services as previous experience with another provider was not upto par. Maria is very professional with a group of very experienced and professional staff. She shows up every time with her staff and ensures that the house is cleaned to your satisfaction. This service is much cheaper than most other providers in the area and in addition they do the best job (and don't mind doing additional areas for free). Overall, highly recommended!

Wonderful. Maria and her team are just what we needed. My wife is a particular house cleaner and Maria passes with high grades. She is responsive, very polite and flexible with our needs. They are thorough with our 3 story home in about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. They do all the expected and then some when needed. She came out within a few days of our initial request and we have used her since then for nearly 6 months. I highly recommend Maria and Best Quality Cleaners to anyone who wants a thoroughly clean house.

I used Best Quality Cleaners for 6 months. Their prices were competitive, and they would send 2 or 3 people on each cleaning team, so they were able to clean the house in about 2 hours. The team was also responsive to specific cleaning instructions. The house did end up clean, but I noticed some issues with attention to detail. Two months in a row they forgot to dust our window sills, even though there was visible dirt on them. On several occasions, they left bathroom floors and counters wet in some areas, rather than wiping them down completely to prevent spots and streaks. The biggest issue I had with the company was scheduling and punctuality. In one instance, I was notified only the night before that the cleaning crew would be arriving at noon the next day. I called to cancel the appointment, and the owner left me a somewhat angry voicemail in response. Most recently the company rescheduled my cleaning time, again calling only the night before. They wanted to squeeze in another job after my house, so they moved my cleaning time up about an hour, which required me to race home from work. Then they left me waiting over an hour past the 30 minute time window they had given me. I called them to ask about their ETA, but it's not clear if they had planned on calling me to let me know they were running late.

They do a pretty good job. I like that they always call before they come out for an appointment. They also do a very thorough job cleaning my home.

Maria and her crew went above and beyond what I expected. They worked on each floor thoroughly and efficiently. They even cleaned the shutters and windows! I have extremely high standards when in comes to cleaning. The job was completely to my satisfaction. I discovered that they had taken the time to straighten items inside the cabinets as well. I highly recommend Maria and Best Quality Cleaners to anyone who wants a spotless house.

Very disappointing. We hired this company twice. The first time, in November, they came late in the afternoon and seemed very hurried. They took about 2 hours and when they were supposedly finished I found they had barely touched cleaning part of the kitchen. I asked them to redo it and they did so. One cleaner broke a decorative dish that she carelessly knocked off of a shelf. After they left I found they had also done a poor job cleaning one bathroom (we have two) missing some obvious soap scum under the soap dish and didn't clean some areas around the sinks. They also missed a lot of areas while dusting. Lots of thing son the shelves seemed tossed about, as if they had grabbed it, dusted it quickly, then threw them back onto a shelf. We thought maybe they should have another chance as we knew our house was dirty and they had been hurried. The second time they arrived two hours early. I wasn?t ready for them yet and had to rush around trying to finish picking up and putting my dogs in a safe place. They took about 90 minutes and after they left I again found they had done a sloppy job in some areas. They didn?t seem to have swept one bathroom floor at all. They didn?t completely clean the kitchen again, leaving the stove hood dirty. Finally, they broke a bulb in one bathroom light and left it screwed into the fixture (it was physically broken, not just burnt out). It?s just a small light bulb but I was bothered that they 1) didn?t tell me and 2) managed to break two things in two trips. I will not hire them again. Some things they did do well: the wood floor in our dining room/entryway is clean, and our stairwell carpet was thoroughly swept. But that doesn?t make up for their carelessness or for the things they missed.

Great! We switched from another company and BQC is much much better. Very thorough; house is spotless and now more "oddities" when we come home (things put in weird places, etc.) We couldn't be happier and the price is great (same was we were paying before for sub-par work). I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

The ladies arrived on time. They worked very hard. Were more than kind. I needed help because I was expecting guests. I was so pleased. I am having them come on a regular basis.
