I was contacted by Best Cleaning Service to be informed, after I bought the Angie's List deal, that they were not going to come out to Rockville, because they didn't have any other work out here. At least I think that is what they meant, because the English in the message made it difficult to understand the content of the message. They told me to contact Angie's List for a refund. What a hassle. If you are not going to go to certain cities, you should mention that in your Ad.

I purchased the $90 for four hours of cleaning services to help get my house in shape before having family in for Thanksgiving. Even though I scheduled the service three weeks in advance, I was nervous being a holiday week. Thankfully they were able to work me in. I had been working for weeks to get my house together for family to come into town and just need help getting it cleaned. One day after I purchased, I received an email with the date and window of time they would arrive. I received a call the day of confirming a more exact time of arrival. The two ladies, I believe the owners, arrived and went right to work. They did in two hours what would have taken me all day. Don't expect a DEEP clean in 4 hours (2 people - 2 hours), but they did what I needed (dusted, vacuumed, mopped, cleaned kitchen and outside of appliances & 2 baths) and was so thankful they could fit me in. I typically don't have a house cleaner, but didn't wanted to be totally exhausted when my entire family arrived--so worth it! I forgot that I paid them online through Angie's List (it had been a long week) and they kindly reminded I had already paid when I tried to pay them. Will definitely call them again when the need arises!
