Omar was very prompt in providing a detailed estimate and work was able to begin shortly after signing the contract. Work was completed in a timely manner, with a few set backs due to weather and emergencies. Jose was efficient and easy to work with. Since completion of the project we have had slight issues with the flooring buckling, though probably due to humidity and we were able to fix the issue ourselves. Overall we are very happy with the finished product and would use All Renovations again in the future.

We couldn't be happier with the work. They took the time to cordon off & lay down cloths on the rest of the house that they had to walk thru to get the the work loc so our home was relatively ok with regards to dust/construction items. The finished product looks amazing so far. Throughout the process, was kept up to date on progress & plan for upcoming days. Even though some of our 'design' ideas changed (read: got bigger), they were very accommodating to ensure our wants were doable or not and whether it made sense with respect to the space & flow/layout etc.

My initial contact was with Omar. He was very professional, and accessible throughout the process from estimate to finalizing the service .Adrian did all of the renovation work from demo, ,dry wall, installation of plumbing fixtures, tile and paint. He is very proficient in all areas. He was also very friendly, cleaned well at the end of the day, and I was very comfortable having him in my home .I would use this company again, and am very comfortable recommending them to friends.

Omar & Adrian were very easy to work with and the quality of the work was excellent. They turned our 1970s basement (vinyl flooring, paneled mess) into a fully functional basement with drywall, recessed lights and pocket doors. We were very pleased with the results. Omar is very easy person with which to talk and was very quick to get us estimates. Adrian is a jack of all trades that was just amazing and did fabulous work. My reason for taking off some on customer service is that we did have frustrations with workers not showing up on scheduled days and last minute materials requests.

Omar was prompt with responding to our request for a kitchen remodel estimate. We were knocking down a wall in a galley style kitchen to open it up to the dining room and gain more counter space. His estimate was for his company's construction work and did not include the cabinetry, granite, and finished materials. This approach required a little more of our time to choose the cabinets and materials but allowed for a lot more flexibility in cost and quality. Omar provided a great set of companies he has worked with, some of which we ended up using. All Renovations estimated the work to take 2 weeks, which it would have if our cabinets arrived on time so not their fault at all. When the cabinets came in, they were quick to come back to finish the job despite it being outside of their preferred time frame. Jose (the foreman) made a special trip out to install our sink so we would be able to cook and clean. Jose did all of the work with one colleague. The finished product came out perfect. Jose was on time and his work was outstanding. His attention to detail was great, and he also double checked even the smallest decisions with my husband and I. He made great use of the additional pieces included with the cabinets to make a matching floor molding around the new peninsula. My husband and I were really impressed with how Jose was able to make it appear seamless where the wall came down and the ceilings/walls between the dining room and old kitchen met. The new tile flooring was even, the paint clean and even, and the trim work consistent. In addition to the quality of the work, Jose also gave valuable advice about key decisions and details, which was very helpful since it was our first kitchen remodel. Overall we had a very pleasant experience working with Omar and Jose. Omar gave a competitive price and kept tabs on the project while Jose was very flexible and did great work. My husband and I would strongly recommend All Renovations to anyone looking to do a kitchen remodel.

The price point was perfect for my limited budget and was significantly lower than the other two estimates I received. Having dealt with contractors before and knowing that the lowest estimate is not always the way to go, I chose All Renovations because their references were excellent. I was not disappointed. Omar was professional at all times, wrote a contract that clearly and specifically spelled out the scope of work and was always responsive. He told me it would take two to three weeks and they finished in exactly three weeks! Omar seems to take great pride in customer satisfaction. Edwin, the foreman, was very responsive, was polite and professional, offered great suggestions and paid attention to the smallest details. He did excellent work. I couldn't be happier with my experience with All Renovations and with my new room, which I can hardly call a basement anymore!

I think the experience went very well. My husband and I had never renovated bathrooms before and didn't really know what we were doing. Omar explained why it was worth it to go ahead and do certain things anyway. We changed our minds about a lot even before and during the project, adding thermostatic valves, and making one of the walls in the shower a 1/2 wall for a frame-less shower enclosure, and replacing/installing two additional toilets in other areas of the house. It didn't faze Omar, I would just email Omar our ideas and he quickly responded with his thoughts and a quote. His prices were fair. All Renovations wasn't the cheapest, but I didn't feel good about going with the cheapest contractor since I feel that you usually get what you pay for. Omar also called several times to check on us during the project, to make sure that we were happy with the work. He always promptly returned our phone calls and emails, too. The workers, Jose and Adrian, were the "jacks of all trades". They were good at everything: plumbing, tiling, and electrical. They were prompt each day and courteous, very easy to work with. I would recommend this contractor to a friend.

Omar, responded to my request for an estimate promptly and scheduled an appointment within my requested time frame. He arrived on time, provided additional expertise concerning my project and listened to my ideas. All Renovations gave me the best price and consistently showed up when scheduled, answered additional questions and finished the project within the proposed time frame. Additionally, when there were items that we felt needed to be reworked (door became dislodged and did not close properly after room was complete, an access panel needed to be installed) the All Renovations response was quick and complete. So very happy with our new addition and we look forward to our next project with Omar and Jose Orellana (foreman).

They came in and gave me a great price. They agreed to renovate one at a time, instead of all three at the same time, unlike the other companies I spoke with. Omar is the owner of the company, he was great, listened to us every step of the way. He even recommended me to the different places to purchase all of the items like the toilet, tub, tiles, etc. I did end up using his tile contractor, cabinet maker, and granite contractor that he suggested. Omar had Adrian Rodriguez do the renovations, at first I thought I would have issues with the language barrier, but Adrian worked out great! Adrian had great visions for the projects from all of the experience he has had. Omar only came out one time during renovation process, but was on the phone with Adrian everyday making sure he was up to date with the project. They did quote 4 weeks, but it did end up taking 6 weeks with 4 weekends; which was fine, after they were done with the job, there has not been any problems since. We are very please with the renovations! We would definitely use them again!

They were a final contender. They were very good but they were not the most efficient because it took at least 4 visits before we discussed the final plan. The lady we worked with was very nice. They were willing to listen. If the lady was uncomfortable with any topic, they brought in their contractor or architect to help make the decision. They took their time to discuss. She was even going to give me a designer to help with the layout. At the last minute she told me that she is a "C" contractor and I needed an "A" contractor. She said that she partners and works with them. I couldn't find any reviews on them so I went with the other company. I was really comfortable with her.

From the first day that All Renovations came to my home for an estimate, I felt comfortable with their staff. They were knowledgable, honest, and showed a genuine interest in what I wanted. Their price was fair, and the quality of workmanship was great. Work was completed on schedule, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. Adrian did an especially nice job with the shower tile installation and with adding mosaics. I will definitely use All Renovations again for future remodeling projects in my home, and I highly recommend them.

You get what you pay for. All Renovations completed a simple bathroom renovation (new floor and wall tiles, fixtures, minor plumbing) for us back in June 2012, so I've had a lot of time to think about my review to make sure its as objective as possible. Hopefully All Renovations views the review as an opportunity to improve and not make excuses. Price - As the title above says, you get what you pay for. I received quotes from three other companies. All Renovations was the cheapest by over a thousand dollars. However, their pricing is not very transparent. I imagine this is a problem with many contractors. Prices seemed arbitrary. Recommend quotes be more comprehensive and include the prices of multiple options to prevent misunderstandings. Permits - I was a little concerned when Omar suggested that the work would not require Alexandria City permits. We haven't had much work done on the house so I didn't question it. Omar told me that if All Renovations acquired the permits it would cost more but I was free to apply and have the permits in my name. Was that an attempt to dissuade me from applying for the permits? I don't know. In any case, Alexandria City did in fact require four separate permits (that is a whole different racket), and while I was in the permits office I learned that All Renovations is not licensed to do the electrical and plumbing. Is that why Omar didn't want to apply for permits? In contrast, when I first purchase my house in 2006 I had a washer/dryer installed by Around the Clock Plumbing. They took care of the permits and the work was top quality. Quality of work - I believe the other reviewer mentions attention to detail. We had the same problem with the All Renovations crew. It was just a job for them. No pride in the work. No craftmanship. I've spent the last few months trying to come to accept the many imperfections. To list a few: the hot water doesn't get nearly as hot as it used to; the handles on the sink are not straight (they came back and fixed but they still go beyond 90 degrees); the sink was not securedand pulled away from the wall (they came back and fixed); the hot and cold water was switched (the came back and fixed); the grout work on the tiles is sloppy; the bathroom door doesn't shut; the window is framed only on three sides; there is a spot in the corner where the tub meets the floor and the wall that is stained and looks decades old rather than months (UPDATE - The staining was cause by a leaky pipe in the wall! Thanks All Renovations!); the threshold was left unstained/untreated; and the crew did not leave behind any of the manuals. One of the Alexandria City inspectors said,"We're really not supposed to comment on the quality of the work, but these guys aren't very good." Not surprisingly, the plumbing inspection failed the first inspection b/c of the switched water and the electrical inspection failed b/c of a missing connector on the exhaust fan. Communication - I came across All Renovations via Service Magic. When Omar was trying to secure my business, he called me everyday and returned my calls/emails within hours. Once the contract was signed and during the job I had to leave several voicemails and requests with the receptionist to receive a response. We received no guidance or assistance with acquiring the proper fixtures or building materials. Danny, the foreman, whose first language is Mandarin and his english is poor, gave me scant tips on what he and his crew would need. I would have greatly appreciated more help and it would have made the job go much more smoothly. Schedule - A job which could have taken 7 days took over two weeks. This was particularly troublesome b/c this is our only bathroom. We had to use the community center and a camping toilet. There were several wasted days/man-hours. For instance, I specifically asked if the crew would work on weekends and Memorial Day. I was told by Omar that it was up to the foreman. Danny said he'd work on both Saturdays and on Memorial Day (he wasn't aware that that Monday was a holiday). Instead however, they finished demolition on Friday and said they be back Wednesday after the Alexandria inspector approved the initial plumbing work on Tuesday. Nothing could be done Sat? Mon? Tues? The inspectors came and left by 0930 on Tues but Danny and the crew didn't come back until Wed. Three wasted days. Danny and crew often showed up late, citing traffic as the excuse. He commuted from Manassas to Alexandria. I suspect that he included his commuting time in his billable hours to All Renovations.

This work team of 3 was terrific! Thorough, productive, and incredibly clean. There was a professionalism to each of the tasks that they did. They were asked to do everything from painting to wood repair, to weather stripping, to repainting plantation shutters - a plethora of indoor work that was done with pinpoint precision. They cleaned dryer vents, and re-pinned shutters, and changed batteries in all the fire alarms, which are too high for us to reach with a normal ladder. In addition, they carted everything away as if the trash had never existed. It was worth the cost to ensure that all that we needed to have done was done in such an exceptional way.

All Renovations recently completed a complicated and extensive remodel/renovation of my home. I am very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the final product is more than I imagined. Omar made a thorough inspection and provided a timely, detailed and reasonable estimate. My basement/family room was completely remodeled including new walls, ceramic flooring, lighting, new bathroom installation, furnace and laundry enclosures and painting. The room is now not only livable but beautiful. Also, a new range hood with outside ventilation was installed quickly and efficiently. In addition, two other bathrooms were remodeled ? one completely (ceramic floor, toilet, sink, lighting, medicine cabinet, wallpaper removal and painting), the other involved regrouting the floor, caulking the tub, new faucets, medicine cabinet, lighting, wallpaper removal and painting. Both bathrooms look wonderful. A major undertaking was the raising of the stairwell to the upstairs. Previously one needed to bend their head when going down. I am still amazed at the new height and the speed in which it was accomplished. All Renovations also power washed and sealed my deck and power washed the siding on my home. They repaired and sealed the concrete walls around the basement door, pointed up the brick steps on my front porch, and painted the iron railing, stoop and wooden canopy over the porch. Throughout the work, Edwin, All Renovations? foreman, and his crew were extremely helpful offering suggestions for efficiency and better end look. This is not my first remodel, but definitely my best. Omar, Edwin, Evar and the entire crew are extremely qualified, friendly, efficient and speedy in their work. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for any home remodeling/renovation need.

This was my first time working with a contractor and I learned a great deal. I relied on the foreman for advice and he was most helpful.

I was very happy with the bathroom remodel All Renovations performed on my condo. I had a three week window in which to get the work completed. When Omar came out to work up the estimate, he was professional, knowledgeable, and took his time covering any questions or concerns that came up. The estimate came over on a Friday, and the foreman was out to the condo on Monday to begin the demo work. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to get a crew out to start the job. The foreman, Edwin, did the tile work and he did an excellent job. He was accommodating in changing up the tile formation/design and other details during the job. He went with the flow and just wanted to do a good job. He was also willing to work with whatever materials were chosen. He was a hard worker from start to finish and very detail-oriented. Any issues or concerns that came up during the process were communicated directly to either Edwin or Omar and were taken care of immediately. They wanted to makes sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Omar estimated a 7-8 day turn time on the job and it came in right at 8 days. This was perfect timing to allow me a cushion to get moved in. While I have still not officially moved in and used the bathroom, Edwin let me know to call if there were any issues. I am confident that their good reputation will support any after work issues if they should arise. I am extremely happy with the finished product. The bathroom and tile work is absolutely beautiful! I could not have been more pleased with the work Omar and Edwin from All Renovations did on our house. We had started out trying to remodel our house (built in 1978) ourselves, but quickly found ourselves in over our heads, with several half finish projects and no interest in finishing anything we started. I was initially very concerned with how much it would cost to have someone come in and fix everything we had done. All Renovation's pricing was very reasonable, and Omar was very professional and easy to work with. I was also worried because I live out of town and was not sure how the communication would be. Omar and Edwin communicated every step of the way, from the moment we requested an estimate, until the time the job was done, through phone calls, emails, and text messages. They even sent me pictures of areas they had questions with as well as the finished product. I really appreciated this, as it made the whole process much easier for me. We had a sizable amount of work that needed to get done, but everything was done on schedule and stayed within budget. Omar gave me several options and suggestions when discussing the best way to finish the bathroom we had initially tried to retile. I was truly impressed with their knowledge and workmanship, and I felt like they had the best interest of my home (and my budget) in mind at all times. At no point did I feel like Omar tried to "upsell" any services. I was extremely pleased with All Renovations and would use them again for future renovations and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Overall, I very much enjoyed working with All Renovations. We agreed to a start date, Omar emailed me a contract, I reviewed and signed it, and sent a check with a fifty percent deposit. After he got the deposit, his foreman Adrian called to schedule a time to come to the house. He was very busy with a job and my work schedule is very challenging so we worked out a time that was good for both of us. He came by, gave me an estimate of how many tiles he would buy for the job. I had agreed ahead of time for him to purchase and me to reimburse him which worked very well. He did the job in one day which was quicker than the original estimate. I am very happy with their work. I plan to hire them when I am ready to tile my kitchen.

We contracted with All Renovations to build a full bathroom and walk in closet in our master bedroom. Our house was built in the 1920 and had one bathroom on the second floor for three bedrooms which simply wasn't going to work in the long run. We decided to take approximately a third of our large master and turn it into a bathroom and walk in closet. All Renovations was exceptional throughout the entire process. Omar was very prompt in making an appointment to look at our proposed project and gave us a written offer in a very short period of time. We looked around at several other contractors and decided that All Renovations was the best option for the money. Adrian, our foreman, did the majority of the work and was amazing. The project took four weeks and we couldn't be happier. Adrian built a walk in shower from scratch, to include laying a new floor, a pan to prevent water leakage, and then tile on the shower floor and on the walls. In addition, Adrian laid a tile floor in the rest of the bathroom and installed a new vanity, sink, toilet, and the respective light and electrical fixtures. Adrian and Omar were great throughout the process, we made some minor alterations to contract based on conversations with Adrian and Omar as we saw the bathroom take shape, which wasn't a problem. The end result was amazing and we would recommend All Renovations to any and all of our friends.

The work was started in a timely fashion. We had to wait for the new cabinets to arrive. That was the only delay in completing the job because after the cabinets were delivered it was smooth sailing from then on

All Renovations remodeled our bathroom in winter 2012. The employees were always prompt, clean, gave knowledgeable advice, and possessed a positive attitude during the entire process. They also had extensive before and after pictures of their recent work on their smartphones and website, and even went happily out of their way to drive us to various contracting stores when specific construction and remodeling items were needed. We highly recommend All Renovations for all in-home remodeling services and wish to use them in the future when remaking our kitchen.

On July 30th, 2012, my wife and I entered into a contract with All Renovations Inc. to remodel a single bathroom at our condo in Arlington, VA. The project was estimated to be a project that would take between 7-10 days. After 6 months and two BBB complaints, the job still is not complete. The workers would arrive late to the job site, often an hour or more later than they were expected. We began to notice problems, such as damage to the common areas of our condo building from the demolition and mortar splattered on our walls from when they were mixing in the living room. We spent hours wiping the mortar and grout dust and cleaning all surfaces of our home. The medicine cabinet was installed with the top below a normal man?s height of six feet and didn?t fix the wall below the installation when they raised it. The light fixture was installed about 6? off center. The toilet was installed askew and then we came to find it was not correctly bolted to the floor, although the cover was placed on the bolt to hide the fact that it hadn?t been correctly fastened. The toilet began leaking within 6 months of installation. The floor was raised with the new tile installation and the bottom of the door was then cut with a circular saw with no measurements so it would close. The cut was jagged and had to be cut two more times before it was acceptably straight. They did not remove the towel rack from the wall and instead painted around it until I removed it and they patched it leaving a raised un-sanded bump in the wall. The toilet and vanity surfaces are permanently scratched from the work that was done in the bathroom after their installation. The tile was horrendous, and they had to come back and redo one of the walls after a resolution through the BBB. Tiles were not straight, not evenly spaced, not level, pieces protruded, and the patterns were not consistent. The tiled window opening was not square with an inch larger opening at the top than bottom. Grout was cracking and/or missing in places, had multiple shades from mixing inconsistencies, and was never sealed even though they took the bottle of sealant I purchased with them. When our concerns were addressed the contractor consistently made excuses for the problems citing the old building or too high expectations for the existing property. Whenever problems arose the owner/president would be unresponsive and I would instead hear from one of his employees. Please save yourself a lot of time, money, and hassle and do not hire this company. Please feel free contact us and we would be happy to share with your our experience so that you don?t experience the same.

After contacting All Renovations, Omar came to our home and with extreme professionalism listened to our thoughts about what we wanted to do, even with our crazy idea of blowing up our master bathroom and enlarging it. He spent more than a half hour measuring the bathrooms and answering our many questions. When we received the estimate, it was slightly higher than the others, but it was Omar?s knowledge, professionalism, and thoroughness that convinced us to go with All Renovations. Our installer showed up on time and was very personable and even took a minute to introduce himself to our dog. After our introductions, he went to his vehicle and came back with tarps that he lined from the front door up the steps and into the bathroom. I was amazed with the amount of demo work done in one day and the best part was you couldn?t even tell he was in our home when he left for the day. We were included in every step of our remodel and asked questions about where and how we wanted things on a daily basis. We were especially pleased with the extensive tile work done in the bathrooms. Now that the work has been completed I feel like we have moved into a Bed and Breakfast! The quality of craftsmanship that Edwin and All Renovations did in our home is superb. I truly believe that ?you get what you pay for? and I think we actually received more. All Renovations Report Card: 1. Quoting Process - A+ 2. We received three estimates from three different companies, and All Renovations was by far the most reasonably priced. The foreman and subcontractors did professional work, and were pleasant to work with. Work was delayed by a day due to a personal issue the foreman had, but resumed the next day without any issues. My only complaint is that they could have done a better job of cleaning up the drywall dust on the floor. However, since we were going to install new carpet anyway, this was not really a big deal.
